High-Five the Huser Brother Band

These lively and talented gentlemen, Josh Huser on guitar and Zach Huser on drums, Abel Barrientos on keys and accordion, and Christian Barrientos on Bass make up the popular Huser Brother Band. The brothers were home recently, and it was a packed house at “The Backyard Bar Stage & Grill!” They said on social media, “We’re tickled to be back in the hometown.”

to their original music that is a genre Country mix of Rock and Soul. Their newest song, “Getting’ Gone” was released in 2021. This song is a youthful expression of enjoying life in the moment no matter what is trying to change your ways. Often some people grow up too fast and some keep their inner child alive no matter their age. Yet, during the journey, we must live it up.

worst of times, our words may not come out the way we mean them to by careless oversight of dysregulated emotion. Regardless, this specific song of theirs highlights the fact that sometimes we just can’t let go of someone because they matter to us.

Their November show drew a local fan crowd to sing and drink the night away

As I was scrolling through over a dozen songs they have put out since their band formed several years ago, “This Heart of Mine” released in 2020 resonated and touched my heart. I pulled it up on Spotify and listened to it then wanted to listen again and brought it up on You Tube. The lyrics touched me deeply of how even my own soul wants to communicate, “Won’t you say what’s on your mind.” Tapping into listener’s emotions with the first words “I know you’re miserable…” sets the stage for having empathy with what others go through. We all tend to at times, not say what needs to be said or during the

Not only do these brothers sing with a voice of capture but the communication within the lyrics is straightforward, which is so often disregarded and really is the best way to bring understanding. This local band is a breath of fresh air for what our younger days are made of, and they are booking multiple shows a month along with having a merchandise line that suits them well. Before the year closes out, The Huser Brother Band will be at Tulips FTW in Fort Worth, Texas on December 17th! Check these guys out! You will be glad you did! We’re proud to say they’re from Waco, TX with a following fan base on Facebook of over 10,000! There is a vibe to come chill with!

Around ten years old my paternal grandfather who I called, Big Papa, handed me his Polaroid camera that spit out ten pictures for ten dollars and asked me to photograph him and his friends. The smiles I witnessed on his face and the room full of people at our family get togethers pierced me with a desire to bring about the joy in them. Every time I got my hands on his

camera I walked on air. The moment my life hit rock bottom as an adult I picked up my camera and realized not only did I have it in me to bring about emotion in people but my ability to raise my own vibration was a constant in my mind, a hunger to photograph just to soothe my soul. One day I started to even chase the sunsets in all their glory. The way I bring about an artistic touch is by seeing life through my own lens, my eyes that have known pain and wonder. Seeing the world and all the beautiful people through my heart that wants to capture the essence of being, the unspoken words, the way in which color depicts deep thoughts. I have an Angle of Joy with every click of the button and words that fill my head of what is left unsaid.

Tea is an audio/visual artist that brings alt/soul/rock and manic folk art visuals RS.

His music is very entertaining along with the creatively revealed artwork that he displays in the middle of his performances.

It is very important that music and non-music art forms have the chance to work together because each time those two things are connected, multiple artists collaborate in order to make it possible.

Tea is a strong example of creativity and artistic expression. You can find his music on Teaaguilar.com
