Our long-standing ETF Team is comprised of leading lawyers and experienced industry professionals with a wealth of experience in advising clients on regulatory requirements and how to manage regulatory risk within their business.

DISTRIBUTION OF ETFs
Our Global Registration Services (“GRS“) and Listing Teams support our UCITS and UCITS ETFs clients (domiciled in Ireland and Luxembourg) by providing a full range of services, from market entry to on-going maintenance and compliance.
The GRS Team provides support and assistance to managers looking to sell their UCITS ETFs in foreign markets. Our experience covers in excess of 80 countries across Europe, Asia Pacific and other EMEA countries.

LISTING OF ETFs
The Maples Group Listing Team offers a fully integrated and seamless service for our clients, centrally managing all aspects of the listing process for UCITS ETFs across multiple jurisdictions. We provide expert advice and management of local and overseas stock exchange listings, managing the listing process from start to finish.
Since beginning operations in Dublin in 2006, Maples has been one of the primary listing sponsors in the Irish market. Maples began listing UCITS ETFs in 2008 and we have experience in the listing of ETFs on all major global stock exchanges such as Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Paris, Euronext Lisbon, Euronext Brussels, Deutsche Boerse and Borsa Italiana. Maples also assists with the admission of ETFs to trading on the London Stock Exchange and are approved as a Recognised Representative for ETF listings on SIX.
