Heal hearts. Bring smiles to children’s faces. Give older adults the chance to dance again.
That’s what you do when you help MAP International deliver medication, health supplies, and medical devices to people who otherwise could not access the care they need and deserve.
Every $1 you give becomes $65 of critically needed resources that save lives and transform futures. Your generosity ensures people can not only live, but live well –experiencing the full, abundant life God desires for them.
Thank you for your kind heart, caring spirit, and compassion!
This time last year, Chidimma was fighting for her very survival. A heart condition limited the little girl’s growth and sapped her energy. She couldn’t keep up with her peers. She didn’t even have the strength to play with her twin sister.
Chidimma’s life was in immediate danger, but in her home country of Nigeria, cardiac care is hard to come by. Even if her family could have found the expert doctors Chidimma needed, they couldn’t have afforded the huge expense.
Your compassion and love made all the difference! With your support, MAP donated specialized surgical products to our partner, VOOM Foundation, whose team performed open-heart surgery on Chidimma.

Today, she is thriving. She has grown much stronger and finally leads the joyful life every child deserves. And with Chidimma in good health and no longer needing constant medical care, her mother was able to complete her PhD. It’s a powerful reminder that lifting up one life can elevate an entire family’s future.
Chidimma’s story shows that healing hearts is not only about medical treatment — it’s also about restoring hope and opportunity to families and communities.

For a child like Hoa, a cleft lip and palate can lead to a lifetime of pain and suffering. The condition makes it hard to eat and to speak clearly. People with clefts can also struggle with breathing and hearing problems and often face social isolation and stigma.
Hoa’s parents love their little girl and desperately wanted to help her. But they live in a remote highland village in Vietnam, far from proper surgical care and without the money to travel to find a doctor.
Fortunately, Project Vietnam Foundation (PVNF), one of our partners, was able to provide Hoa with the surgery she needed. And the care didn’t stop there.
Hoa had suffered from bleeding gums due to a lack of dental care, so PVNF provided her with Sensodyne Pronamel toothpaste donated through MAP. Now, her gums have stopped bleeding and she’s no longer in pain — important progress on Hoa’s journey to better health.
Hoa’s bright future is a testament to what happens when compassionate people like you team up with MAP and our global partners. Together, we foster healing, restore dignity, and transform lives.

Hoa can now eat, speak, smile –and belong.

When Fredy retired from teaching kindergarten, he looked forward to savoring life’s simple joys, like spending time with his family and dancing with his wife. But over time, severe knee pain robbed Fredy of many of the things he loved to do.
He found hope and help when a surgical mission supported by MAP came to a hospital near his home in Guatemala.
Using high-quality surgical sutures donated by MAP, the volunteer surgeons were able to repair Fredy’s knee — at no cost to him.
The surgery went beautifully. Fredy went home the next day, already dreaming of dancing with his wife again.
Because of you, Fredy’s golden years can truly shine with joy!

1 in 5 Americans can’t afford the medicine they need. More than 65 million Americans are uninsured or underinsured, leaving them vulnerable to one of the most pressing health inequity issues in the country: lack of access to essential medicine.
Patients living in poverty or working low-wage jobs often face impossible choices between food, rent, and life-sustaining prescriptions.
Chronic diseases go unmanaged, leading to avoidable emergency room visits, worsening health outcomes, and preventable deaths.
The goal: 500,000 patients served through 1,000+ partner clinics
“ At MAP, our goal is to ensure that none of our neighbors has to choose between their lifesaving medication and their family’s next meal. With your support, MAP USA can accelerate its impact and become the go-to national resource for closing medication access gaps here at home in the U.S. ”
