Recognizing the mutual desire of Palestina and Israel to end hostilities and establish lasting peace, and understanding the importance of cooperation and mutual understanding for the well-being of our nations and the international community, it is agreed as follows:
Article 1: Ceasefire
Cease of Hostilities: Both parties agree to immediately cease all military actions and hostilities.
Troop Withdrawal: Both parties commit to withdraw their armed forces from conflict zones by August 6, 2024. Article 2: Resolution of Territorial
Disputes
Negotiations: A joint commission composed of representatives from both countries will be established to negotiate the resolution of territorial disputes.
Provisional Agreements: During negotiations, provisional measures will be agreed upon for the administration of disputed areas, ensuring respect for human rights and avoiding escalation of the conflict.
Article 4: Human Rights and Justice
Protection of Rights: Both parties commit to respecting and protecting human rights within their respective territories.
Reparation: Mechanisms will be established for compensation and reparation for the victims of the conflict.
Article 5: Monitoring and Compliance
Monitoring Commission: An international monitoring commission will be created to oversee compliance with the treaty and resolve any disputes that arise during its implementation.
Dispute Resolution Mechanism: In case of non-compliance, mechanisms for peaceful dispute resolution will be agreed upon, including international arbitration if necessary.
Article 6: Implementation and Ratification
Ratification: This treaty will enter into force once it is ratified by the governments of Palestina and Israel.
Review: Both parties commit to reviewing and adjusting the terms of the treaty if necessary to ensure its effectiveness and suitability to changing circumstances.
