This photographic essay explores the buffalo meat production in Ahmedabad's old city. While guiding through the institutions: farm, slaughterhouse, and meat market, the project discovers different relationships of animal, human, architecture, and urban space.
Franziska Lichtenberg: She is a third-year architecture student from Magdeburg, Germany. While studying at the Technical University of Munich, she spent two semesters as an exchange student at CEPT University, Ahmedabad.
Parvathy CB: Second year masters student at CEPT University, from Kochi. After architecture in UG now aspires to plan regions beyond four walls.
