Page 6

There is an Afro-descendant and African success story that is rarely told and visibilized. Who is who is weekly bulletin whose aim is to recognize and visibilize a group of Afro-descendant leaders who inspire with global power.

WE ARE: Afroféminas was born as an alternative online publication, due to the scarce and stereotyped representation of the black community in Spain and in the Spanish-speaking world in the conventional media. It has become in a virtual space of empowerment and encounter between different voices that are part of collective (women afro-descendents who speak spanish), so diverse and rich in nuances, opinions and sensibilities. The intention of its creator, Antoinette Torres Sole is, be a tool for job creation and social transformation through netwoking. Our lines of action are: - Afrofeminism - Childhood and new generations - Promotion of company and afroculture. https://afrofeminas.com
