ABOUT MY WORK_____________________ While working at FRÖG Architecture, I had the opportunity to work on various projects; from a program, scale and budget perspective. I mainly worked on alterations to existing places, such as extension, renovation, interior design and change of use projects. They sometimes concerned public establishments, sometimes private constructions including a residential building, hotel, restaurant, dental practice and associative garage. Depending on the project needs, my tasks varied. To give some examples, I measured many sites and buildings, analysed urban planning files, fire safety and access regulations. I produced several planning permission applications, drew proposals, and turned concept design into developed design, then a further technical design. I also chose furniture, materials, equipment and colours. I have been asked to create 3D computer-assisted models, edit visuals and produce presentation documents for the client. I drew up some construction schedules, set up meetings with the contractors, monitored a construction site, drafted reports, and so on. So, I had the chance to be involved at each stage of an architectural project. I assumed either the role of project leader under the supervision of a senior partner or assisted colleagues on projects. SOFTWARE. Vectorworks (2D), Sketchup (3D), Photoshop, Pages, Numbers.

The restaurant area located on the ground floor of the house and its extensions is a multipurpose and independent place, designed as a welcoming, modular and sophisticated space. The hotel has ten rooms divided between the former barn and the half-timbered house. The variably sized rooms all benefited from an outdoor area - a private garden for the rooms located on the ground floor and a private terrace for those upstairs. They are conceived as welcoming and functional spaces, with a sober and refined style. DUTIES____________________________

RESTRUCTURING AND EXPANSION OF A DENTAL PRACTICE Obernai, FR
FRÖG ARCHITECTURE s.a.r.l. Strasbourg, FR
SECTOR : Healthcare STATUS : Not Realised DATE : Autumn 2017 MY ROLE : Project leader
THE PROJECT_________________________ Following the acquisition of the ground floor under his practice, a dental surgeon asked the firm to rethink the organisation of his workplace. His main requirement, highlighted in the project brief, was the design of a place both functional and welcoming, in which his patients would be well cared for and feel at ease.
The project took place on the two lower building levels. Therefore, for easy access, the shared spaces, the reception and the service areas were on the ground floor. Upstairs were the treatment rooms and other associated spaces. The visual design of each space was created to match its function. Thus, reception, waiting and relaxation areas are more colourful (fancy carpet, coloured furniture) and show a rougher aspect (apparent stones, industrial windows, waxed concrete floors) than traditional medical spaces. The spaces of care and services were treated more soberly and neutrally and maintained their medical purpose. DUTIES____________________________ CONCEPT DESIGN. Measurement of two building levels, Analyse of the client requirements, building and planning reagulations, Design of the proposal and production of presentation file for the client.

SECTOR : Residential STATUS : Not Realised DATE : November 2017 - February 2018 MY ROLE : Project leader
THE PROJECT_________________________ This extension project aimed to increase the veranda space of the house, too narrow for the clients’ use. The imagined extension takes place in front of the extension previously built and doubles its surface. A simple volume detached from the ground. Its construction on posts gives it lightness. Largely glazed, the new space opens wide towards the garden. A wire rope structure for plants, added on two of its sides, aims to create a visual barrier with the neighbours and to

For the occasion, the Art puissance Art association has given «carte blanche» to four young architects (Manon Griesbeck, Chloé Gross, Morgane Oswald and Adele Rocher) to put forward a project in this atypical building. The former factory is a witness of the industrial past of the city and the district. It becomes in 2007 a cultural centre in constant mutation. The team chose to adorn the building with its clothes of lights in the spirit of a kaleidoscope - this small tube made up of mirrors reflecting the infinity and colours of the exterior light. Space is thus sculpted by colour schemes, recyclable materials, light projections and photographic broadcasts, featuring both the location and the work of Patrick Bastardoz, Audren Brisset and Julie-Anne Weber, three resident artists of Colod’art.
