AVTAR International Short Film & Documentary Festival 2011 RULES AND REGULATIONS – SHORT FILM / DOCUMENTARY Entries for Short Films/ Ad Films/ Documentaries and Photography can also be sent through our online portal. For further information, visit our global website, www.avtarfest.com 1.
Students enrolled in a graduate / postgraduate diploma programme in College, University or any other institution should send an ID Proof.
2. All fields in the entry form must be filled and signed by the participant. 3. Separate Entry Forms should be used for each Entry. An Entry fee of ` 150/- should be sent along with the entry form in the form of DD or Cheque. 4. If the ad film is in a language other than English, subtitles in English should be added. 5. Entries must be in VCD/DVD format compatible with Indian standards. 6. Duration of the film shouldn’t exceed: Short Film – Minimum: 1 minute - Maximum: 35 minutes. Documentary – Minimum: 15 Minutes – Maximum: 35 minutes. 7. Send the DD/cheque in the name “AVTAR FEST 2011”. Entries and DD/Cheque along with Bonafide Certificates or copy’s of college ID Card must be mailed to AVTAR International Short Film & Documentary Festival 2011, School of Communication, Dr. G. R. Attach a brief Synopsis of the movie, the list of Crew and the Cast & two stills from the movie along with the VCD/DVD.
9. Entries close on March 4th, 2011. 10. Entries submitted will not be returned in any condition. 11. The Jury / Committee’s decision on the selection is final. 12.
