Architecture is increasingly becoming a commodity affordable only by the elite. Where as it is most needed for those who can't afford it. It is the common man's right to have a sensible space and liveable environment. Sensible architecture can create memories and moments that stay with us forever. Architecture can be a very power tool to bring out the true essence of a neighbourhood or can tarnish the livelihood of the entire community.

Projects proposed by the Government for the rehabilitation or resettlement of a community leads only to displacement of the people from their origins. This, if handled with sensible architecture, can be avoided leading it to better living environment and perseverance of culture and ethnicity.
