This year marks 30 years of B.C. Nowlin exhibiting at our Palace Avenue gallery. Nowlin's work forces the viewer to become the participant.. he draws us in with color and depth and as we approach the piece ever slowly, we realize we have become a part of his purpose. When asked what is happening in any particular piece, B.C. will always respond, "it's your story." He makes sure his work requires the viewers presence to fully take on the responsibility of what he has shared with us.
