Principal’s Report Dear Mandurah Catholic College Community Mandurah Catholic College Community

1 DECEMBER, 2017

Christmas cheer has most definitely arrived at Mandurah Catholic College. The Junior School Christmas concert and Awards evening was a joyous celebra?on and a credit to students and staff. See page 7.

As this is the last *me I have the privilege of addressing this amazing College community for 2017, I would like to take this opportunity to reflect briefly on being Principal of Mandurah Catholic College in my first year. One of the strongest memories from when I started at the beginning of the year was the sense of being part of a connected community where students had a strong feeling of belonging and being genuinely cared for. This has not changed over *me, and indeed has been reinforced. I have been very apprecia*ve of the huge amount of *me and effort staff, parents and students have made in enabling this to be so successful. There have been real challenges throughout the year, but I have seen this has only strengthened our community. Our Parents’ and Friends’ Associa*on has been a shining example of bringing to frui*on all the possibili*es Mandurah Catholic College can do as a K-12 College. I am eternally grateful to Mrs Tonian AbboO-Robbins who has led the associa*on with vision and passion. Thank you also to the P&F Execu*ve and members of the P & F.
