Site:
SALAR DE UYUNI, BOLIVIA , SOUTH AMERICA. The largest salt flat in the world, at around 10,582 sq km. When covered by a layer of rain water (Dec-Apr) becomes a NATURAL MIRROR. The flat itself is definitely enough to write home about.
Concept:
The design endeavors to ‘COMPLETE’ itself using the reflective property of the site to result in a form that symbolises infinity. The ‘FINITE’ design borrows its self-reflexivity from the perspective, reflectivity and seemingly infinite expanse of the site to become ‘INFINITE’.

“ A Dynamic Tourist Hub With Improved Infrastructure, Restored Steps & Organised Activities ”
Site: Ramtek, Nagpur, India.
Semester: 7th Sem, 4th Year.
Software: Academic Project 2022
This project designs a Tourist Hub at the Ghats, offering essential amenities, step cleaning, and hardscape restoration. It integrates organized activities and streetscape elements, unified by a parametric roof that enhances site flow and connectivity.
Concept Development:
• Clustered built-ups and landscaping create a cohesive whole, allowing discovery of every corner without hindering visibility and circulation
• Rectangular or square blocks provide a standard shape for effective planning.
• The urban block design uses a pattern of streets and squares, centered around a plaza for access to all activities inclusive of Radical flow of circulation
Roofing:
‘ A blend of traditional architecture with The green heritage ’
The point of convergence which can be noticed is the tensile structured roof made out of ‘ Engineered timber ’
Parametric design enables the needed convergence of design engineering with systemized mass timber construction and automated prefabrication
Side elevation of complex parametric roof struture gaining stability by anchoring itself to the ground, which gives a sense of ‘Born from within the earth’
The roof of each block is anchored firmly into the ground and connected seamlessly to its neighbor. This provides a sturdy foundation with a connection to the earth and also adds a solid yet flowing structural component, strongly seen in accomodation blocks
Ghat Development:
CEREMONIAL GHAT
• Inspired by Jaipur’s Stepped Well, the Ghat Chatri Pooja space has separate circulation and a south-facing pooja area with Chatris for ceremonies like pind daan and mundan.
EXISTING TEMPLE
• Shiva temples are present on the site, with the existing temple now provided proper access and surroundings.
BATHING & WASHING AREA
• Separate bathing and washing areas for men and women use lake water, pumped out afterward.
Bathing area (male)

VIEWING POINT
• The selected patch of land provides straight views for sunrise and sunset, along with prolonged cool breezes from the lake.
FERRY GHAT
• Boating and fishing activities are practiced, requiring a dedicated fishing ghat and central gazebo on a circular platform.
SATSUNG HALL
• Shiva temples on site now have improved access and surroundings.
Objectives:
01 02 03
Develop the geometric design of the built-up structure and determine the structural grid based on the building’s form.
04
Design a functional organization scheme for efficient circulation throughout the space.
Integrate all building and site-level services to ensure smooth operation and safety of the center.

“A User-Centric Center That Combines Public Urban Elements With Interconnected Leisure Spaces.”
Site: Khamla Rd., Nagpur, India
Semester: 6th Semester, 3rd Year.
Software: Academic Project 2022
This project aims to design a centre encompassing the public urban characteristics and creating a user centric experience with a symbiotic relationship of spaces involving the entertainment, leisure and quality time.
Khamla, Nagpur City
Design Stratergies:
1. Introducing surprise elements in the design, as mostly elements are to be totally visualised after entering the site.
2. Absence of high rised building on all three sides (N,W,S) gives a great view point as per which the elements are located.
3. Ramp on south elevation starts from basement 2 to second floor, gives direct access to food court with parking availability.
4. The slant skylight in block b and the curtain wall semicircular form gives a great visual connect between both the blocks
5. The center of the building blocks create a grand entrance and visual connect, acting as an attrium externally viewed of both blocks.
Translucent Polycarbonate Panel:
• Glass curtain wall consist of two basic components: the glass and the frame; Building structure elements are manipulated, including the proportion, properties, and anchorage of each.
Glass Curtain Wall:
• They can add depth and color to a facade and may adapt to meet a wide range of performance requirements from temperature resistance to impact resistance to uv protection and more.
Construction Materials: View:
Perforated Panel:
• North direction glare-free light.
• The north-west wind to perforate and circulate in the mall.
