NAPLES CONFERENCE CENTER RENTAL
Naples Conference Center reservations shall be accepted on a first-come, first-served, space-availability basis. All reservations shall be made no less than 45 days before the requested rental reservation date. Additional charges shall apply for coffee service, if requested, including cups and condiments. Other additional charges may be applicable, depending on the services and setup requested. Reservations for 2025 must be made by November 1, 2025. For reservation inquiries, please contact Corie Chase at 239-597-1666 or Corie@NABOR.com. Don’t forget to mention that you are inquiring in reference to your Corporate Sponsorship benefit package.
Corporate Sponsor, (“Renter”) in part, acknowledges and agrees that the policy of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® is that no REALTOR®, Allied, and/or Affiliate member may recruit for an employment and/or independent contractor opportunity for any real estate brokerage company for any reason while located anywhere on M.L.S. Property. If Renter is a REALTOR® member, then Renter acknowledges and agrees to the following: (i) Renter’s use of the Premises for the Event pursuant to this Contract will be exclusively for its Renter’s licensees and/or employees and (ii) any and all mass distribution regarding Renter’s Event (an invitation or otherwise) to other REALTORS® outside of Renter’s real estate brokerage company is expressly prohibited. Mass distribution includes, but is not limited to, mass email, social media or print advertising. If Renter is an Allied or Affiliate member, Renter acknowledges and agrees that REALTOR® members are expressly prohibited from sponsoring or co-sponsoring a meeting or event being held in the Premises. If a REALTOR® member is speaking at Renter’s Event, said REALTOR® member must comply with the NABOR® Volunteer or Paid Speaker Policy.
MEMBER BUSINESS MEETINGS & NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION
Businesses may only sponsor one Member Business Meeting and one New Member Orientation per calendar year.
PAYMENT
All sponsorships are on a first-come first-serve basis. To secure a sponsorship, whether it is a Corporate Sponsorship, or a singular event or class sponsorship, you must visit birdease.com/ naborsponsorships2025. lf paying by credit card, payment must be submitted upon check-out. lf paying by check, the check must be received within 10 business days of the invoice date. lf payment is not received within 10 business days, the sponsorship will be released back into inventory. Make checks payable to: Naples Area Board of REALTORS® and mail to NABOR®, ATTN: Melissa Bognaski, 1455 Pine Ridge Rd., Naples, FL 34109. AII sponsorship sales are final. Refunds will not be permitted.
MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships included in a CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP are not interchangeable and cannot be canceled or reassigned to another individual. Memberships are annual. They begin on the date of purchase and last until the end of the calendar year.
LOGO
When a sponsorship is secured, please submit a high-resolution version of your logo. Any delay could compromise promotional benefits. When your logo is published online, it will be hyperlinked to your company website.
VIDEO
NABOR®’s videographer will work with sponsors to produce a 90-second video for the Business Partner’s use. Contact Wade Mastro, videographer, at 239-597-1666 or email Wade@NABOR.com to coordinate production of your video.
DEADLINES
The earlier you secure a sponsorship, the more exposure you will receive. The deadline to secure and to submit a payment for a Corporate Sponsorship is January 31, 2025.
The deadline to join NABOR® as a Business Partner and be listed in our 2025 Business Partner Directory is February 28, 2025.
