FARM MANAGER - Tripleton Farm

This is a Synlait Lead with Pride farm, milking 800 cows through a 54-bail rotary shed with five full time sta , pivot and lateral irrigation. Calving is managed jointly with the adjoining farm within the South Island Group and wintering is managed internally on our support block next to the farm.

The successful applicant will:

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience managing a dairy farm.

• Have a passion for working with people and cows.

• Understand pasture and feed requirements.

• Be able to show evidence of career growth and continued learning.

• Experience with Lead With Pride would be an advantage but not a must.
