Com a vicepresidenta de les Illes Balears i consellera d’Innovació, Recerca i Turisme, em plau tenir l’oportunitat de donar la benvinguda als participants de la Mallorca 312 i als seus acompanyants. Una prova de ciclisme que ha aconseguit fidelitzar aficionats de tota Europa a les nostres illes. Cada vegada són més els visitants que es decideixen a recórrer Mallorca en bicicleta. Com també hi ha un nombre important de turistes que arriben a Mallorca atrets pels factors que la fan una destinació ideal per a la pràctica d’aquest esport, com ara la topografia, el clima, els paisatges i els hotels amb oferta especialitzada. A més, proves com la Mallorca 312 consoliden l’illa com a destinació per a la pràctica del cicloturisme i contribueixen a la promoció de Mallorca com un lloc que es pot visitar tot l’any. Gràcies a aquesta modalitat esportiva, persones d’arreu el món han conegut la gastronomia, la cultura i el patrimoni natural que ens envolta. L’organització professional de la prova garanteix la seguretat, indispensable perquè la pràctica d’aquest esport sigui compatible amb el gaudi dels paisatges. Així mateix, el recorregut traçat permet als participants el coneixement de molts racons de la nostra geografia que, en alguns trams, són un autèntic desafiament per als esportistes. Como vicepresidenta de las Islas Baleares y consellera de Innovación, Investigación y Turismo, es un placer tener la oportunidad de dar la bienvenida a los participantes de la Mallorca 312 y a sus acompañantes. Una prueba de ciclismo que ha conseguido fidelizar aficionados de toda Europa a nuestras islas.
As Deputy President of the Balearic Islands and Minister for Innovation, Research and Tourism, I am delighted to be able to welcome the participants in Mallorca 312 and their companions to this cycling challenge that has brought enthusiasts from all over Europe to our islands.
Cada vez son más los visitantes que se deciden a recorrer Mallorca en bicicleta. Y también hay un número importante de turistas que llegan a Mallorca atraídos por los factores que la hacen un destino ideal para la práctica de este deporte, como por ejemplo la topografía, el clima, los paisajes y los hoteles con oferta especializada. Además, pruebas como la Mallorca 312 consolidan la isla como destino para la práctica del cicloturismo y contribuyen a la promoción de Mallorca como un lugar que se puede visitar todo el año. Gracias a esta modalidad deportiva, personas de todas partes el mundo han conocido la gastronomía, la cultura y el patrimonio natural que nos rodea.
More and more visitors are choosing to explore Mallorca by bike, and there are many tourists who come to our island, attracted by same the factors that make it an ideal destination for this sport: its topography, its climate, its scenery and hotels with specialist provision for it, among others. Furthermore, events such as Mallorca 312 consolidate the island as a destination for cycle tourism and help promote Mallorca as a destination to visit all year round. Thanks to this sporting discipline, people from all over the world have discovered its cuisine, its culture and the natural heritage surrounding us.
La organización profesional de la prueba garantiza la seguridad, indispensable para que la práctica de este deporte sea compatible con la admiración de los paisajes. Asimismo, el recorrido trazado permite a los participantes el conocimiento de muchos rincones de nuestra geografía que, en algunos tramos, son un auténtico desafío para los deportistas. Para acabar, quiero felicitar los organizadores de la Mallorca 312 por el trabajo realizado y por su dedicación. También aprovecho la ocasión para agradecer su apoyo a los patrocinadores y colaboradores que hacen posible la prueba. Solamente me queda desear buena suerte a los participantes que han asumido este reto.
The professional organization of this event guarantees the safety that is vital to ensure that the engaging in this sport is compatible with enjoying the scenery. Likewise, its route allows participants to discover many of the corners of our geography which in some stretches is a real challenge for the athletes. La Mallorca 312 és un esdeveniment que ja s’ha consolidat en el calendari de proves esportives de l’àmbit internacional. I un dels factors que fan única aquesta cursa és, sens dubte, els paisatges magnífics per on transcorre la prova. Moltes de les pedalejades es faran per la serra de Tramuntana, un indret que, per a nosaltres és únic i que també és patrimoni de la humanitat per la UNESCO, és a dir, patrimoni de tothom.
Anys d’història sobre un paisatge magnífic feren que la Serra aconseguís la declaració internacional. Perquè no és patrimoni mundial només per la seva bellesa, sinó per com la ciutadania l’ha millorat amb el pas del temps. L’esforç que demostrareu durant la cursa també val el reconeixement de tots i totes. Endavant!

Porqué no es patrimonio solo por su belleza, sino por como la ciudadanía la ha mejorado con el paso del tiempo.

Mallorca 312 is an event that has been consolidated in the calendar of sports events in the international arena. And one of the factors that make it unique, without a doubt, are the magnificent landscapes through which the Sportive passes through. Most of the pedalling will be made through the Serra de Tramuntana, a unique place declared UNESCO World Heritage Site, so it is the heritage of all of us. Years of history and a magnificent landscape has made the Serra de Tramuntana to achieve the international declaration. Because it’s not only for its natural beauty, but for how its habitants have managed it and taken care of it through the years. Para el Ayuntamiento de Muro es un honor, acoger en nuestro municipio una nueva edición de la prueba cicloturista Mallorca 312, que tendrá lugar el próximo dia 28 de abril. Una vez más la Playa de Muro, ubicada en un enclave privilegiado, junto al Parque Natural de s’Albufera, coincidiendo con la inauguración de una nueva temporada turística, será punto de encuentro de miles de ciclistas, que además de la practica deportiva, podrán gozar de la benignidad del clima mediterráneo, de unos paisajes incomparables, de nuestra cultura y gastronomía.
It is an honour for the Muro Council to host yet another edition of the Mallorca 312 cyclosportive in our municipality, to be held on the 28th of April. Once more, the Playa de Muro, with its privileged location next to the s’Albufera Nature Reserve, and coinciding with the new tourist season, will be the meeting point for thousands of cyclists who, besides the sporting aspect, will also be able to enjoy the great Mediterranean climate, incomparable landscapes, our culture and our gastronomy. The Playa de Muro has many magnificent waterfront hotel establishments that specialise in hosting the thousands of cyclists that visit us every year. This edition of the MALLORCA 312, will contribute towards the island’s touristic promotion in general and to that of our municipality and the Playa de Muro, in particular.

Por sexto año consecutivo Mallorca 312 – Giant – Taiwan mantiene el compromiso solidario iniciado en 2013 con UNICEF, en su afán de servir como plataforma para concienciar sobre los problemas de los niños en el mundo.
For the sixth year in a row, the Mallorca 312 – Giant – Taiwan continues its collaboration with UNICEF, in order to raise the awareness about problems affecting children worldwide.
UNICEF es un programa de la ONU que se creó en 1946 y cuya misión es garantizar los derechos de la infancia a la salud, la educación y la protección en todo el mundo para conseguir cambios reales en sus vidas. Mallorca 312 – Giant - Taiwan destina una parte de las 8.000 inscripciones y las aportaciones voluntarias de los participantes a UNICEF contribuyendo así a la labor que la organización realiza a favor de la infancia a nivel mundial. En esta novena edición Mallorca 312 – Giant – Taiwan mantiene su apuesta en favor del medioambiente y elimina en torno a 40.000 envases de plástico gracias a los camiones cisterna que proveerán de agua y bebidas isotónicas a los participantes. Finalmente, la organización también dona 1€ de cada inscripción a Protección Civil de las Illes Balears, cuyos miembros hacen que sea posible el evento con su trabajo voluntario, para la adquisición de dispositivos de seguridad y rescate como antenas de radiofrecuencia.

The United Nations Fund for Children (UNICEF), cre© Shehzad Noorani ated in 1946, provides long-term humanitarian and developmental assistance to children and mothers in developing countries. UNICEF promotes the rights and wellbeing of every child in everything they do, focusing special effort on reaching the most vulnerable and excluded children to the benefit of all children, everywhere. The Mallorca 312 – Giant – Taiwan donates to UNICEF part of the 8,000 registration fees and all extra donations participants want to make thus contributing to the global task this organization does in favour of children. In this ninth edition Mallorca 312 - Giant - Taiwan maintains its commitment to the environment and eliminates around 40,000 plastic containers thanks to tankers that will provide water and sport drinks to the participants. The organisation also gives one euro of each entry to the Civil Protection of the Balearic Islands, whose volunteer’s work make the event possible, for the acquisition of security and rescue devices such as radiofrequency antennas.

Información práctica En la semana previa a la marcha: • Mallorca 312 es una prueba exigente, tanto para el corredor como para la bicicleta. No olvides repasar el buen estado de tu máquina los días previos al evento. • Si viajas con tu bici, lleva las herramientas necesarias para montarla y déjala preparada la tarde antes del evento. El sábado, en la zona de salida no hay asistencia mecánica. • Te recomendamos descargar en tu teléfono móvil la aplicación My112 (disponible para Android e iPhone) que en caso de emergencia te permite comunicarte con el Servicio de Emergencias 112 de las Islas Baleares, enviando tu posición actual al operador que te está atendiendo, ayudando en tu localización.
En la entrega de dorsales: • La recogida es personal, no se podrá recoger el dorsal por terceras personas y se realizará en la EXPO Mallorca 312 (Avenida Albufera, 33). • La entrega se realizará el jueves 26 y viernes 27 de 9:00 a 21:00. • El sábado 28 no habrá servicio de recogida de dorsales. • Busca tu dorsal en las listas expuestas a la entrada. • Es obligatorio identificarte con tu DNI o pasaporte. • Es obligatorio mostrar tu licencia RFEC en vigor si no has contratado el seguro de accidentes de un día adicional para no federados con la RFEC. • Recibirás la bolsa del participante 2018 que contiene: --Dorsal con chip de control de paso integrado y con bridas para colocar en la parte delantera del manillar. No lo dobles ni lo cortes. --Maillot de Mallorca312 – Giant Taiwan. --Tarjeta de emergencias.
Durante la marcha: • La llamada de los participantes a la línea de salida frente a 312 Bike House será a las 6.45 horas. El acceso a la salida será por detrás excepto para los VIPs y miembros del Club Ciclista Artanenc que accederán por delante. Los participantes se colocarán según orden de llegada. • Mallorca 312 - Giant - Taiwan cuenta con un grupo de ciclistas especialistas en motivación y pruebas deportivas de ultra-resistencia que marcarán el ritmo y tirarán del grupo para completar la vuelta en 14 horas, tiempo máximo establecido por la organización. Les distinguirás por su maillot de puntos verdes. • Si quedas por detrás de este grupo o eres adelantado por el coche de fin de carrera estás fuera de la organización, sin asistencia, sin avituallamientos y la ruta sin marcar. • A pesar de que las carreteras estén cerradas al tráfico, circula siempre por la derecha, con precaución y presta especial atención a los tramos peligrosos debidamente señalizados: --Descenso Puig Major, Km 55,7 --Bajada Coll d’en Claret, Km 92,7

En meta encontrarás una zona de recuperación con los fisioterapeutas de Fisiosan que realizarán masajes de descarga para los participantes que lo deseen de forma totalmente gratuita. There will be a “recovery area” after the finishing line. Participants who desire, can get a free massage by one of the professional physiotherapists of Fisiosan.

La novena edición de la Mallorca 312 - Giant - Taiwan acogerá de nuevo la popular EXPO Mallorca 312, la feria del ciclismo más importante en la isla. Tras el éxito de la primera edición, se espera ahora que más de 25.000 personas visiten la exposición a partir del jueves 26 de abril a las 09:00h hasta la clausura el sábado 28. Marcas de prestigio internacional como Giant, Liv, Gobik, Goldcar, Nutrixxion, Catlike, 3Action, Cuore y Rapha, entre muchos otros, han confirmado su presencia. La feria apuesta así por convertirse en el centro neurálgico para los ciclistas durante los días previos a la marcha cicloturista internacional.
The ninth edition of the Mallorca 312 - Giant Taiwan will once again host the popular EXPO Mallorca 312, the most important cycling fair on the island. After the success of the first edition, it is now expected that more than 25,000 people will visit the exhibition from 9 am Thursday, April 26 until the closing on Saturday 28. Internationally prestigious brands such as Giant, Liv, Gobik, Goldcar, Nutrixxion, Catlike, 3Action, Cuore and Rapha have confirmed their presence. The fair thus bets to become the centre for cyclists during the days previous to the international cycling tour.
La EXPO Mallorca 312 se encuentra situada en la plaza del edificio municipal de la Playa de Muro, a escasos metros del hotel , y será también el lugar donde se realizará la entrega de dorsales y donde encontrarás la Shop Mallorca 312, la tienda de merchandising de Mallorca 312 - Giant - Taiwan, o la carpa de la Pasta Party en la que podrás reponer fuerzas después de tu llegada a meta.
The EXPO Mallorca 312 is located in the square of the municipal building of the Playa de Muro, a few meters from the official hotel, and will also be the place where the bib number pick up will take. The official merchandising store Mallorca 312 Shop will be there, as well as the tent of the Pasta Party, where participants can recover and have a delicious pasta dish after your arrival.

Impacto económico El alto nivel participativo y el carácter internacional de Mallorca 312 - Giant - Taiwan no ha pasado desapercibido para los operadores turísticos. La prueba se ha convertido en el producto estrella con el que atraer clientes a Mallorca durante el mes de abril.
