Horizon Homes is located on a prime location along NH-205A. It is spread on a site of 18 acres and accommodates 1376 housing units covering groups of economically weaker section, lower income, middle income and higher income.

It servers diverse variety of residents and visitors through common interactive spaces and a clubhouse with many public facilities. And each tower is surrounded by perforated flooring materials to lead water underground which recharges water table.

It consists a basement of area 51495.6 sq. mt. which can accommodate parking of 1500 ECS. It can be accessed through two entries and two exit ramps, each of 6.5 m width to allow two cars to move simultaneously.

The Midland Library is a public library designed in the Hamirpur region of Himachal Pradesh. It accommodates spacious parking for 3 buses, 35 four-wheelers and 127 two-wheelers. Its form is inspired from the shape of the site and aligned to receive maximum solar and wind benefits. It consists of a shop for stationary along with a cafe and separate sitting on first floor and a shop for photocopying on second floor. It has a sitting capacity of 550 people.

The motel building is designed in zones, most private being on south-east side, semi public on north-east and public areas on north west.

Centrally placed open space is provided with building on two adjacent sides and by green belt on other two. Well designed pool area and open terrace deck shaded by pergola is given.

Dance ’til Dawn is an artist studio cum residence which is designed for dancers. The private and public areas are designed to co-exist without interfering in functioning of other.

The dance studio is given a clear height of 14'9" and a full wall length mirror. A glass wall is provided in north direction to the studio.
