WEARABLE MODULAR STRUCTURE

Modularity: Modularity is the degree to which a system’s components may be separated and recombined.

In architecture, modularity can refer to the construction of an object by joining together standardizied units to form larger compositions.

A PLAY TOWER DESIGN WITH A VERTICAL FRAME

As for the form, fluidity and verticality is the driving factor. The main goal is to create a playing tower that aims to connect ground place. The forms which is based on modular design techniques, the production process is going to be well controlled, which will have exact geometry generation to piece labeling, assembly logic and actual form generation.

IN-BETWEEN SPACE

In this assignment, students designed a small accommodation and practice space for the artists, craftsmen who will be performing in the period of a local festival in Antalya. the design would be located in one of the empty plots in Kaleiรงi.

The building programme will consist of: a practice space (open, semiopen and/or closed) a resting space (open, semiopen and/or closed) an eating space (semi-open and/or closed) a bathing space (closed) a sleeping space (closed) a storage The proposals responded to its physical and social characteristics while bringing the touch of festival joy to the selected site.
