I am Malena Isla Mata, an architect graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. My passion for designing spaces is focused on the user experience, always striving to create environments that provide memorable experiences for those who visit them. Influenced by my upbringing in Patagonia, I consider the incorporation of nature into my projects essential, whether directly or indirectly. I see myself as a passionate individual, constantly seeking new challenges and firmly committed to surpassing myself both professionally and personally.

The project aims to materialize a mixed-use building, exploring new ways of inhabiting spaces. It seeks to create an environment that fosters multidisciplinarity and shared living, responding to and supporting the needs of the neighborhood where it is located.

The project aims to materialize a mixed-use tower, exploring new ways of inhabiting spaces. It features a blend of uses, merging public and private spaces. Additionally, a direct connection with nature was prioritized by incorporating multiple green areas throughout all sections of the tower.

03. Art Museum for Leandro Erlich

The project aims to create a museum with unique spaces for the admiration and promotion of contemporary art in the city, where the works of Leandro Erlich (Buenos Aires, 1973) will be displayed.

The project aims to create a kindergarten that also serves as an open space for the community of Posadas, adapting to the local climatic and geographic conditions.

Renovation

The project aims to renovate the historic San Cristóbal Market, preserving the historical facade while providing the local community with a revitalized space, ideal for public recreation.

06. School

The project aims to create a trade school in the Mugica Neighborhood, Buenos Aires City (CABA). It consists of a complex of eight workshops where various classes are held. The space is also designed to serve as a meeting point for the local community.
