1. POLICY

1.1. The medical complex employment program focuses on talent sourcing and attraction of highly dedicated manpower in the different designations according to the hierarchy of the medical complex.

2. SCOPE

2.1. This policy shall be applied to all medical complex employees.

3. PURPOSE

3.1. The purpose is to clarify employment policies in the medical complex.

4. PROCEDURES

4.1. Types of employment for the medical complex:

4.1.1. Permanent employment:

4.1.1.1. Permanent employment from within the Kingdom- Applicants apply to the Personnel Affairs Department and write the application for employment in a special form.

4.1.1.2. Applicants are classified according to available vacancies in the medical complex.

4.1.1.3. Interview with the Medical Complex employment committee to conduct a personal examination.

4.1.1.4. After passing the preliminary interview, the employee is directed to the head of the department for evaluation.

4.1.1.5. Selection of the candidate is approved by management.

4.1.2. Permanent employment from outside the Kingdom:

4.1.2.1. Requests for employment from employees' affairs shall be received by any technical means.

4.1.2.2. Applicants are classified according to available vacancies in the medical complex.

4.1.2.3. An interview with the employment committee shall be conducted with technical means, whether visible or audible.

4.1.3. Partial Employment - Part Time:

4.1.3.1. Applying to recruitment procedures applies to permanent employment provided that a second letter of employment is obtained by the original employee or obtaining the necessary licenses.

4.2. No staff member is employed unless he/she has passed the medical examination.

4.3. E-recruitment E-

4.3.1. It uses technology to help the staffing process function smoothly. The job searchers send their applications through e-mail or place their CVs on the employment portal, which can be listed depending upon their requirements. Employment portals were used for sourcing candidates.

4.3.2. Employee reference is a recruitment source utilized by the medical complex; personnel are asked to recommend people for required positions. Since the personnel is well-worse with the firm's working environment, he will suggest only those people who can adjust to the situation.

4.3.3. Applicants are informed of their acceptance or refusal within one week.
