The Buying Experience Now this one needs a special mention! It was a rather fun and quirky experience to take this quick quiz curated on the freewill website to help them analyze your hair type and hair or scalp issues if any and especially customize and design products for it accordingly.

From taking notes on whether the hair is coarse at the top and thin at the bottom to what kind of results I was hoping to achieve from the kit, the detail they get into to know your hair type and other preferences is rather commendable.

Product Experience Love this personalized hair care kit. Freewill fixed dryness and frizziness in my hair. Along with that kept it soft and smooth too!

On receiving the products I was rather surprised to see the crisp and funky bottling of the products. Each bottle was personalized with my name on it which made it rather cute.

I ordered the avocado infused kit and my hair goals were oil control, smoothening, and strengthening.

From the mild fragrance of the shampoo to the lather it created and the deeply cleansed feeling it gave my scalp was rather nice.The conditioner hydrated my hair well and left a lot of volume as opposed to leaving them limp which a lot of conditioners end up doing.

The Overall Experience This personalized freewill hair care is not only a pretty cool concept but is also of great quality. In comparison to many other hair kits, it may not be as pocket friendly but is surely worth the money and all the hype with the great quality ingredients being used. Sure to say the aftereffect of the use has left my hair more bouncy and smoother than before and got me closer to my hair goals making me a happy customer.
