As Pastor’s armor-bearer(s) we keep him covered in prayer regularly. We must be intentional with our prayers, especially on the weekend we are scheduled to serve. Being an armor-bearer allows us to do ministry alongside our pastors Pastors fast before service; you are encouraged to do the same if possible. This allows us to be guided by the Lord and become in synch with Pastor. It is important to always have eyes on them from a distance. We do not want people thinking that we are his bodyguards.

When you arrive to serve, please check in at the first impression room. Once you’ve checked in grab some of his cards with his info on it and put them on your pocket. He may need you to give him one during service to please be prepared.
We are to follow Pastor everywhere unless he instructs us not to. Example, we serve by greeting in the parking lot prior to service, walk with him after worship as he makes his rounds to great/thank everyone.
Time management is extremely important to keep them on schedule. Do not allow more than 23 minutes to go by without getting his attention. If you tap him on the should and say, “Hey are you ready?” He will follow up with “Give me a second” and that will be queue. People will drain him and we need to minimize that.
We also stand close by at the end of service in the new today area. It is every important that we try to minimize our distractions when walking alongside the Pastor. Once services are over pray a cleansing prayer over Pastor and yourself.
Be alert of your surroundings at all times without making it a distraction to others.

Part of doing life together as armor-bear’s is going to Iron Men every week, this is required of all of us. Iron Men has such a major impact on all our lives, and not only can we receive but we can also be the one to feed someone else spiritually.
We are to hold each other accountable and a loving and respectful way, we are family here!
Get into the word! Go deep into the word throughout the week. If something sticks out and you want to share it amongst us then please do so, it may be the word someone is waiting for.
We will be doing quarterly gatherings as brothers and as families. This will help us grow closer together as brothers and do life together.

This position of an Armorbearer is one which requires great honor, love, tolerance & watchfulness. Unquestioning obedience is absolutely necessary, to walk with the mind & heart of Jesus Christ himself,. "Quick to listen, slow to speak & slow to become angry"
As Armorbearers we may find ourselves face to face with hostile situations where a demonic controlled patreon may come in contact with our Pastor in an aggressive state where an instant deliverence is needed to take place. When these situations occur we are to respectfully & carefully escort both our Pastor & Patreon to a private room (Green Room).
Some instance wont allow the time to move to a private area & the deliverence may need to take place immediately. While our Pastor is performing the casting out of those demonic spirits that exist within the patreon We are to remain alert but also create a perimiter further from this sitiation to ensure our Pastor is the only one in control of this situation & no other persons nor voices intervine.
If needed communicate with our Safety leads to help create a safety perimiter & keep flow of traffic away from this situation.

Carries out every plan of his Pastor successfully & Completes his Pastor's commands perfectly. Remains always on duty at his Pastor's side to tend to any need which may arise. Keeps one eye on the Pastor at all times & the other eye trained on potential threats, anticipating the actions of both. Surrenders completely to his Pastor, trusting him implicitly and obeying without hesitation his every command. Protect & upkeep both the reputations of our Pastor & yourself by living lifestyle of a true Christian. Recognizes and brings to his Pastor's attention any questionable matters or any vital information.
