Project year : 2020-2021
Project Area : 75,000 SQM
Project Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Tasks: Assemble element interaction matrix abiding by BIM guidelines to be utilized in clash detection reports produced using Navisworks and assemble zero clash federated models for 20 buildings, landscape and basement, as well as production of highly detailed shop drawings and generate appropriate details for the project.
The scope of work required the ability to assess existing 3D models of low quality, to be enhanced up to LOD 400, as well as the ability to coordinate between different disciplines and delegate with the client for information exchange and design change decisions upon the assessment of models and the existing design.
Project Year : 2020
Project Area : 200.000 SQM
Project Location : Al Khor, Qatar.
Tasks: Production of mechanical and electrical As-built drawings, generating assessment reports and assigning the correct asset types
(COBie) to the components used within the 3D model, as well as coordination between MEP services and architectural models.
The scope of work included the assessment of already existing Revit models and implementing changes within the model to match the As-built state of the project, this needed a deeper understanding of MEP services and equipment and their relationship with architectural components, keeping up with rapid design changes on site and the ability of quick implementation was also required.
Project year : 2020
Project Area : 129,000 SQM
Project Location : Doha, Qatar
Tasks: Assemble Clash detection reports using Navisworks and present appropriate solutions, assist in the development of BIM execution plans and log sheets of required drawings for easier flow of work, and the production of high quality shop drawings, as well as 3D model enhancement up to LOD 400 standards.
The scope of work included the assessment of existing 3D models, and enhancing the LOD of said models for 11 different buildings, while coordinating with other disciplines to produce accurate shop-drawings, as well as generating parametric families and delivering QA/QC, compliance and progress reports.
Project year : 2020
Project Area : 129,000 SQM
Project Location : Doha, Qatar
Tasks: Production of high quality shop-drawings and schedules, as well as 3D model enhancement up tp LOD 350, and the creation of parametric annotation families for the project.
The scope of work included the assessment of existing 3D models, and enhancing the LOD of said models while coordinating with other disciplines to produce highly details shop-drawings and schedules.

Project Interior Built-up Area : 523 m2
Project Location : Amman, Jordan
Tasks: Design the interior space, as well as produce detailed drawings and 3D renders, and provided lighting design description, material selection & schedules.
Coordinated with different disciplines within the project (MEP, Structural, etc.....) to avoid on-site clashes.
The project is located in Bayader-Wadi
Al.Seer in Amman, the scope of work included the design of Toyota's welcome center on the ground floor and the VIP lounge located on the 4th floor, also providing all necessary 3D representations and generating design drawings & details, as well as coordination between various disciplines and the exisitng overall building.
Project Year : 2020
Project Interior Built-up Area : 296 m2
Project Location : Amman, Jordan
Tasks: Produce detailed drawings and 3D renders, and provided lighting design description, material selection & schedules, as well as generating a BOQ for the project.
The project is located in BayaderWadi Al.Seer in Amman, the scope of work included the conceptualization of Lexus's welcome reception area on the ground floor of the overall project, also providing all necessary 3D representations and generating appropriate details, as well as material and lighting sourcing
Project Year : 2019
Project Area : 15,000 SQM
Project Location : Amman, Jordan
Tasks: Generating a fully detailed 3D model for the whole building, production of shop-drawings for waterproofing, acoustic, ceiling and flooring plans, as well as placement of sanitary fixtures, electrical 3rd fix items on wall with coordination of the correct locations, generating schedules and abiding by BIM standards for execution, attending site visitations to maintain steady work flow.
The scope of work included generating shop-drawings for the 19 floors in the residential section of the project with various apartments, specifically the distribution of electrical equipment in relation to furniture placement and user movement, and coordination with what is being built on-site, as well as abiding by new design changes with minimum effect on existing components.
Project year : 2019
Project Location : Amman, Zarqa, Sahab, Jordan
Tasks: Designed and delegated humancentered workshops, utilized Adobe Suite programs to create very clear& aesthetic reports, and conceptualized and assisted in the design of various parks and urban strips in Jordan.
The project location is distributed between 6 different sites in Jordan, the scope required community outreach to determine design decisions, this was done by designing human centered workshops for the communities surrounding the various sites and monitoring their behavior, as well as conducting a full urban analysis of the sites, finding design solutions and actualizing the final design outcome.
Project year : 2018
Project Area : 11.000 SQM
Project Location : Amman, Jordan
The building acts as both a metaphorical and literal crossing between AlAbdali Boulevard area and Jabal Al-Hussein, connecting the modern steel and glass facades to the original cluster-shaped identity of Amman, this is also translated with its function being a youth center located in-front of the Jordanian parliament, as a youth stand of contribution into the decisions of tomorrow while holding onto their ancestral values
With its various passage-ways and ramp movement, as well as exterior and easy accessibility to the public spaces on the ground floor, it creates an inviting urban feel to the area. Also, the hierarchy of circulation enriches the fact that youth pour into their community and defines the relationship between intake, enhancement, and delivery.
