Jean-Marc Ueberecken is the Managing Partner of Arendt & Medernach. He is a corporate law and mergers & acquisitions partner by trade. Jean-Marc Ueberecken has been a lecturer at the Law Faculty of the University of Luxembourg in leveraged buy-outs, in legal methodology, in finance law, in commercial and corporate law and in general jurisprudence. He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1998 and was a member of the Brussels Bar from 2000 to 2008. He served as member and secretary of the governing body (Conseil de l'ordre) of the Luxembourg Bar from 2004 to 2006. Jean-Marc Ueberecken holds a Master's degree in law (Licence en droit) from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium), as well as a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in banking and finance law from the King's College London (U.K.).

07/09/52, Luxembourgeois Robert UrbĂ© est chargĂ© dâĂ©tudes «âveille socio-politiqueâ» et RĂ©dacteur Sozialalmanach de Caritas Luxembourg depuis 2016. Il suit des Ă©tudes en mathĂ©matiques et en sciences Ă©conomiques Ă lâUniversitĂ© de Bonn et de Hagen, est permanent Ă la JOC (Jeunesse ouvriĂšre chrĂ©tienne) et, de 1983 Ă 1991, assistant du «âVorstandâ» de la «âVereinigte Bonner Wohnungsbauâ». Câest Ă partir de 1992 que Robert UrbĂ© commence Ă exercer diverses missions au sein de Caritas Luxembourg, e.a. secrĂ©taire gĂ©nĂ©ral de FĂ©dĂ©ration Caritas, chargĂ© de direction de Fondation Caritas, il devient en 2012 porte-parole, fonction quâil a occupĂ©e jusquâau 6 septembre 2017. En parallĂšle, Robert UrbĂ© Ă©tait engagĂ© auprĂšs de plusieurs associations, il Ă©tait prĂ©sident de Texaid. Entre janvier 2013 et avril 2019, il fut PrĂ©sident de lâUnion Luxembourgeoise de lâĂconomie Sociale et Solidaire.

He focuses on general Luxembourg and international tax matters. Other than general Luxembourg and international tax, Jochemâs particular areas of expertise are (international) corporate taxes, tax aspects associated with listed and alternative investment and real estate funds, and Iberian peninsula markets. A few years ago, he was based in the Amsterdam and London offices on an alternating basis. Jochem is a member of the Amsterdam bar.

Luxembourgeoise NĂ©e en 1959 Ă Jadotville, Dany Unger rentre en 1960 en Europe avec ses parents, elle passe 8 ans en France, notamment Ă Paris. Revenue Ă Luxembourg elle fait ses Ă©tudes au LycĂ©e Michel Rodange puis dans une Ă©cole de commerce. Elle s'engage d'abord comme secrĂ©taire dans une sociĂ©tĂ© de produits pharmaceutiques ensuite dans une banque pour finalement prendre le large vers l'Ă©tranger, dans le secteur du tourisme avec Airtours pendant 3 ans. De retour Ă Luxembourg, elle travaille en tant que secrĂ©taire dans un bureau d'architecture pendant 13 ans, puis en tant qu'assistante dans une sociĂ©tĂ© de ressources humaines. Pendant 10 ans elle travaille dans une agence immobiliĂšre et 4 ans dans un bureau de gĂ©rances oĂč elle gĂšre seule la partie immobiliĂšre. Active dans le domaine immobilier depuis 20 ans, elle crĂ©e sa propre agence immobiliĂšre Ă Bertrange en 2013.

13/03/53, Luxembourgeois Actif sur la scĂšne architecturale au Luxembourg et Ă lâinternational depuis le dĂ©but des annĂ©es 1980, François Valentiny dirige aujourdâhui le bureau Valentiny hvp architects. En Ă©tĂ© 2014, il a lancĂ© sa propre fondation, la Valentiny Foundation. En 1991, il a Ă©tĂ© le premier reprĂ©sentant du Luxembourg Ă la Biennale dâArchitecture de Venise et on lui doit, entre autres, le Pavillon du Luxembourg pour lâexposition Universelle Ă Shanghai (2010). Le bureau est trĂšs actif, et ce Ă des Ă©chelles variĂ©es, mais parmi les projets rĂ©cents, citons la Maison du livre Ă Belval et le siĂšge de KPMG au Kirchberg. Monsieur Valentiny est professeur Ă la De Tao Master Academy Ă Shanghai en Chine depuis 2011. Il parle Luxembourgeois, Allemand, Français, Anglais.

In 2013, Robert became Deputy Head of AFS Operations, based in Paris, building and managing the global operational model and AFS management support. In March 2015, Robert has been appointed Head of the Netherlands and the Nordics at BNP Paribas Securities Services. Robert is also member of Dutch Advisory Committee Securities Industry Supervisory Board. As of March 1st, 2019, Robert has been nominated as Head of BNP Paribas Securities Services Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the Nordics. Robert holds a bachelor degree in Business Economics and Master in Economics.
