Art moderne, mobilier blanc épuré et lumière tamisée : le restaurant est un lieu de prédilection pour les déjeuners et les dîners d’affaires, les soirées romantiques et les réceptions. Le bar l'Observatoire, quant à lui, propose un choix de cocktails classiques et hors du commun : l’endroit idéal pour se décontracter après une journée de travail. La carte, composée par le chef Sébastien Perrot, affiche une « cuisine française innovante ». La vue s’étend sur la partie historique de la ville : plateau du Saint-Esprit, remparts de la Corniche, cathédrale Notre-Dame et vieille ville. Plus au nord et à l’est, les clients peuvent apercevoir les tours du plateau du Kirchberg, qui constituent des réalisations architecturales plus contemporaines de la capitale. Decorated with modern art, stark white furnishings and soft ambient light, the restaurant is a favourite spot for business lunches and dinners, romantic evenings and celebrations. The bar, now called l'Observatoire, serves a selection of special and classic cocktails that make it a popular spot to relax after work. The menu by award-winning chef Sébastien Perrot is described as “innovative French cuisine.” The view from the window takes in the historic city including the plateau du Saint-Esprit, the Corniche ramparts, Notre-Dame cathedral and the old town. Further to the north and east visitors can spy the towers on the Kirchberg plateau representing the more contemporary architecture of the capital.
