Comic book based spy romp starring Colin Firth, Michael Caine, Samuel L. Jackson and Taron Egerton.

Everyone remembers the scandal. It broke out in 2001, when Denis Robert, a journalist, set the financial sector on fire by denouncing the murky dealings of Clearstream, the banking outfit. In his quest for the truth to disclose “the greatest scandal of all” he was soon joined by Renaud Van Ruymbeke, a judge who had made it his vocation to fight corruption. Their investigations led them to uncover a huge political and financial scheme, which later became known as the “Clearstream affair” and which shook France and Luxembourg. In order to bring this story to the screen, Vincent Garenq (the director of Présumé coupable [presumed guilty], a film about the Outreau affair) kept working on and reworking the screenplay, inspired by Révélations, the book written by Denis Robert. Co-produced by Samsa Film and backed by Luxembourg’s Film Fund, the film features several Luxembourgish actors: Marc Olinger, Hervé Sogne, Gilles Soeder, Alain Holtgen and Raoul Schlechter.
