At the core of my design philosophy lies a strong foundation of product knowledge. I believe in investing time and effort to thoroughly research the suitability of materials and products I recommend. My diverse background and exploration of various countries, cultures, communities, and lifestyles have allowed me to develop a unique, global style that is tailored to each client’s specific needs and preferences.

In addition to my design studies, I have honed my skills in managing the customer experience, ensuring that each individual receives personalized support and guidance to navigate their unique journey. PACIFIC NORTHWEST HOME RESIDENTIAL

CONCEPT STATEMENT:

The home will be sculpted with its surroundings in mind, allowing the homeowners to embrace the Pacific Northwest.

Organic elements will take center stage, delivering varying textures in the home.

A soothing color palette ensures the eye can rest on the home’s focal points on both the interior and exterior.

Open plan living will offer a place to pause or socialize, and each room will be an opportunity to invoke well-being.

The guest bedroom will be a multi-use room, with the option for home workouts, movie nights, and overnight guests.

The home office is inspired by Matisse, with a feminine touch to personalize the space for the client.

AIRPORT TOURIST LOUNGE COMMERCIAL

CONCEPT STATEMENT:

Aesthetically, the design of the commercial space incorporates materials and textures common to the aerospace industry, from jet fuel parabola patterns to atmospheric hues and textures.

The functionality of the design originates from efficiency and the quality the client expects from the brand and aerospace industry.

CUSTOMER JOURNEY:

Once the client enters, branded content and a warm welcome will capture their attention.

As the client transitions through the space, the lounge will remain fun yet sophisticated, enhancing the guest experience and brand awareness.

There will be a central customer service desk with zones for clients to move between and the ability for staff to support the clients as they progress through each stage efficiently.

The addition of touch screen check-in, group fitting rooms, and a social selfie area enables the clients to prepare for their flight alongside their partner, friends, or family, making a more enjoyable experience and atmosphere.

After their flight, to encourage clients to gravitate towards the exit, a first look video will be playing next to the retail display creating one final opportunity to capture a sale before the clients depart while also ensuring the brand leaves a lasting impression.

CAREER GOALS:

After managing my rental property for several years, I felt inspired to pursue studies in Interior Design. My goal was to expand my knowledge and skills in making informed design decisions for the property and its tenants. Ultimately, I hope to turn my interest in Property Management from a side hustle into a successful and fulfilling career.

My training in Interior Design has given me a keen eye for what makes a space both functional and aesthetically pleasing. As the property manager of a multi-family investment property, I ensure that my townhome with two 1 bed, 1 bath units remains rented and in demand by utilizing platforms such as apartments.com. I oversee maintenance requests and contractor projects, utilizing my project management skills to ensure high-quality results.

As one of six townhome owners, I am on the board as the HOA Secretary of Mountain View Townhomes, where I manage administrative duties such as preparing meeting agendas and minutes.

As an event coordinator, I managed events across the nation, handling all aspects of logistics from accommodations and catering to rentals, schedules, vendors, and customer inquiries. Following each event, I monitored and responded to reviews on Google and implemented an automated Net Promoter Score feedback system. This system not only encouraged satisfied customers to leave public reviews but also provided a platform for feedback and discussion from dissatisfied customers.
