Global Recognition Main Plan Limited, has its establishment in year 1992 with the headquarter based in Hong Kong. Our production plant located in Ningbo for bathroom accessory products has set up by 1998, while with another new plant built by 2004 focusing on mixer production.

Main Plan has always devoted to its greatest mission with its professionalism to develop and manufacture high quality, innovative & contemporary design bathroom accessory and mixer at very competitive price to cater for medium to highend market. With our in-house professional expertise design team established in Hong Kong as well as our office in Spain, we actively catch for new concepts and product trends in market to invest into new products. We always stay ahead for updated trends for our products with our design registration in China, Europe as well as in Hong Kong to reserve its originality. Every year, we launch over 30 designs for customer selection of different ranges, outlook, designs and styles. Our team also has dedicated great effort and capability to develop ODM and OEM project to satisfy our customer’s special requirement.

As the leading manufacturer in sanitary ware industry, we have maintained to win recognition as being competent to provide professional services to our mostly European as well as worldwide customers.

In order to guarantee full confidence to our worldwide customer, we focus the competence of our products to different International standards and strive our every effort to achieve the recognition with well-known institutions on both quality management as well as product conformation on sanitary ware industry most widely accepted certification.

Certificate of ISO9001:2008 The quality assurance system being implemented at our production site is basically designed and operated in accordance with TUV ISO 9001 specification for design, manufacture and installation, as well as with significant additional features exceed what required by the minimum requirement.

ISO14001:2004 Main Plan Ltd is always aware of her social responsibility of environmental protection. We have thus established our own environmental management system to ensure not only our products but also production goes friend with our Earth. In July 2014, we were successfully awarded with the Certificate by TUV Nord.

OHSAS18001:2007 Apart from the natural resources, people remain the most valuable endowment within our company. Main Plan is staying abide by her business ethics, ensuring the staff with safe & healthy lives in work. In observation of the international standards, we’ve also established our own Occupational Health & Safety Management System and a Certification was awarded in July 2014.

about MAIN PLAN Imported Machinery: High quality standard can be achieved in manufacturing process with imported machineries.To comply with European as well as International standard, tremendous attention has been put to produce quality product.

Main Plan has imported different advanced machineries, mostly from Europe, such as Italy IMR Gravity DieCasting Machine, Automatic Core Blowing Machine, CNC Machine Center, Automatic Drilling & Tapping Machine, Germany X-Ray Electroplating Thickness Testing Machine, Germany Spectrometer. With the application of these imported machineries, we can ensure the precision and accuracy of our faucet production as well as to confirm its quality up to International standards with application of laboratory testing machineries.

Production: Main Plan carries out the highest concentration with competent & professional technicians in monitoring on every single phase of production processes. From fine raw materials, advanced machinery, well production planning as well as to experienced technicians professionals are absolutely our asset and key elements to fulfill our customers need of high quality products.

Quality Assurance: To provide good quality products with stable performance, an extensive and strict control over the entire production line are absolutely required. To guarantee with excellent product life expectancy and enhance durability, from the selection of raw material, production procedures as well to final assembly, professional machineries are applied to perform with various testing and examination to assure customers required standard.
