Tips to Get Admission in UOG? The UOG University of Gujrat is a government university located in Gujrat, Punjab, Pakistan. It had been established under the Act IX of 2004 by the Provincial Assembly of Punjab on 23 February 2004 to cater for the higher education needs of the population of Central Punjab which incorporates districts of Gujrat, Sialkot, and Gujranwala additionally to cities of Wazirabad, Jhelum and Mandi Bahauddin. Admission Application Form must be filled online on the official website of the University of Gujrat by following the instructions.

The online system assigns a unique Application Reference Number (ARN) to every application, which must be noted for later use for UOG admission.

Applicants have to choose Campus, Timing (Morning, Evening), Faculty, and Degree Level (BS/MS/Ph.D.) for every application process. Once chosen, an applicant may apply during a maximum of 5-degree programs with the same application process.

Before finalizing the appliance data, an applicant must accept a digital undertaking to verify confirm that information entered within the Admission Application Form is correct. Just in case of misinformation, the University has the right to cancel the application/admission without any fee refund.

Application processing fee is Rs.850 for the first-course Program and Rs.250 for the altered Degree Programs (If admission application programs are in the same faculty, same campus, same timing, and same quota). All candidates have to pay the fee including those seeking admission on a quota basis.

Candidates will deposit the Admission Processing Fee for every online application in any branch of Habib Bank (Pakistan). UOG Admission fee is non-refundable/non-adjustable.

Upon payment of the admission application processing fee, the applicant will export the appliance in PDF format, print his/her online application process, and obtain it signed by himself/herself and parents/guardian before sending it to the campus to get admission.

Attach Department and Treasurer Copy of challan together with your application alongside attested copies of all required documents.

Printed application must be sent through courier or delivered by hand to the campus admission office within the fixed date of application process hard form submission as mentioned in admission Calendar.

UOG will not consider applications that are incomplete or missing the specified documents or haven’t been submitted by the stipulated deadline hard-form or haven’t followed the procedure laid down herein.

Printed Form alongside required document photocopies should reach the Admission Office of the University of Gujrat before the deadline of admission. Just in case of failure to follow the dates, the university shall bear no responsibility.

Admission Office and Treasure Office shall update the appliance status. Keep on checking your status on the University of Gujrat Admission Portal. If the appliance fee has been paid but not updated within two (02) working days after the in-campus reception of the form, the applicant may contact the Query Cell for assistance.

Admission of a student automatically stands canceled if he/she fails within the required examination whose result wasn’t available at the time of admission at UOG. MS/Ph.D. students must look out for their test and interview deadlines as per the admission calendar.

Merit List(s) shall be displayed on the website on the required dates; however, it’s recommended to log in to the portal and check your admission status at the University of Gujrat.

If an applicant has been offered an admission provisionally/applicant name appeared within the merit list, then he/she can generate spring 2019 semester fee challan using an equivalent online portal and deposit it in any branch of HBL.
