Iam a 20 year old Architecture Student currently studying 4th year at School Of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi, India. I have forever been enthused of spaces and how they effect our perception in various ways. For the duration of my academic course I have tried various approaches to designing spaces in terms of concepts, forms and materials in trying to perceive the connection between the outside and inside environment. In this process I tried to explore various tools in design development and documetation. I am inspired by the concept of minimalism while also incorporating innovation in my quest for architecture.

The brief for the project is to design a space accomodating a family of six members consisting of two senior-citizens, a couple and their two children. And the requirements are to provide easy access between spaces while segregating both private and public spaces. The design is such that each level of the house has a specific quality and privacy with public spaces at the basement level and goiong up are semi-private and private spaces.

The Mixed-Use High-Rise building is designed to incorporate Retail, Commercial and Residenstial typologies. The site is located along the Gurgaon expressway which belongs to the Vatika India group and is included in their masterplan plan. The frontage of the site and the design are towards the east direction. The design focuses on the interaction between various spaces and their co-relativity.
