Magpies& Peacocks Catwalks & Classrooms
Houston Non-Profit design house Magpies & Peacocks 501c3 Presents Its 2015 Student Design Competition Showcase Event – A culmination of their year round Arts Education Program ‘Catwalks & Classrooms.’ Students were selected across Houston area junior and college fashion courses and candidates from both categories got the chance to present their creatively up-cycled looks at the Showcase Event.
Each presented collection was designed and created with upcycled materials provided by host non-profit Magpies & Peacocks. More than 20 area design professionals and artists participated in the production.
