I started ibüümerang because I recognized that the industry of Network Marketing & Direct Sales was broken and was operating off of an antiquated playbook. I have made a commitment to solve many of those issues and help our TSA’s develop true and lasting residual income. My vision for the future of ibüümerang has never been more clear. This journey began in Houston in 2018 and continues here today, our team of Diamonds are your guides, and your passion is the commitment.

My own Mulit-level Marketing journey has been an extraordinary story of awareness, engagement, growth and discovery. From the moment I shared the opportunity for the first time and confronted my fear of public speaking, I’ve never looked back. As I climbed my way up through the ranks of leadership, I began to see the industry from a differnt perspective. I was able to step out of my comfort zone and explore the possibilities of financial freedom and wealth building that MLM offered. This tumultuos year has brought a series of emotional hurdles, our ibüümerang team has been a great source of inspriation and support as we continue to navigate this journey. I invite you to join us on the path to personal and financial freedom. elcome to Go Diamond. I am grateful and honored to have you join us as we reengage through in-person events and reconnect with our leaders and TSA’s after a 10-month hiatus. It would be an understatement to say that we are excited and eager to get back to creating life enhancing and transformative growth experiences together. We have done our due diligence to ensure that our event venues surpass the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocols (noted in the following pages), designed to keep you safe and set your mind at ease as you take part in the festivities. Our mission of providing a safe envirnoment, along with elevated decor concepts and impactful growth experiences is more important than it has ever been. The global pandemic has brought about much needed change and mindfulness as it relates to cleanliness and social interaction. In addition, my work with the ladies of ibüümerang continues to be a source of inspiration for me. I am so excited about the new year and all of its promise and possibility. WiiN Worldwide, Inc has many amazing things in store for the ladies in 2021. My purpose has always been to assist the women who are assigned to me to rediscover their self-worth, teach them tools to stay grounded and help them to become intentional about their selfcare practices. MEETING SAFETY PROTOCOLS For your safety, protection, and peace of mind, the following are our Enhanced COVID Protocols: • The room will be set up classroom style with a minimum of 6 feet between each household/sleeping room. • All attendees are required to sanitize their hands upon entry into the meeting room and wear a mask for the duration of the General Sessions. For an extra level of comfort, you will be given an option of 3 different colored wrist bracelets. You will be asked to wear the color that reflects your level of comfort each day. • BLUE (highest level of precaution) - signifies that you would prefer to have those near you wear a mask and keep their distance. • YELLOW (moderate precaution) - signifies that you do not require a mask but would prefer to keep a reasonable distance from others. • WHITE (relaxed precaution) - signifies that you have no issues with close conversations and/or physical contact. The bracelets will indicate to others your comfort level and assist those around you to respect your personal boundaries.
