Why Magex Magex was founded in 1998 in the northeast of Italy. We have designed and manufactured vending machines for over 20 years.

Our products stand out thanks to the innovative Magex patented dispensing system in the field of automated retail and distribution.

Magex has replaced the conventional spiral delivery with a new patented system that suits almost any requirement the customer may have and allows the sale of virtually any kind of product.

All components of our distributors, both software and hardware, are designed, developed and produced inside our facility using Made in Italy top quality materials.

Since our foundation, our goal is to ensure a simple and intuitive shopping experience, taking advantage of all new technology resources to develop custom-made projects.

Sanification Have you ever thought about it?

Everyone will be touching the withdrawal area.

Now you can choose a safe dispensing adding our patended sanification system.

A new patented system on our Easy Line! Sliding panels allow floors closure behind the withdrawal area to prevent stealing.

Additional panels may be added to all or some of the other floors, to hide products that need age proof to be sold.

Rear Doors Optional rear door and sliding loading floors are available on request.

They are especially useful for vending machines installed in a shop window, so that you can upload and manage the machine itself from the inside.

Variable Weight Meat, fruit, cheese: Automated retail for variable weight products!

Magex’s patented system allows price setting on products sold by weight.

Custom Software

MAGEX VENDING MACHINES WORK WITH THREE SOFTWARES 1 - USER INTERFACE

Forget the traditional keyboard. Products are conveniently selected from a screen, where the customer can read product information, view photos and videos, and create a product cart.

Just like an e-commerce! User interface can be customized upon request.

2 - PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

You will easily create product galleries and match them with the machine lanes. Our machine management software is simple and doesn’t need specific skills to be used.

3 - ANALYTICS

Magex provides a vending machine real-time management service, thanks to our web-based interface accessible from any kind of device. You can check real-time selling statistics, stock status, actual stock for every currency denomination.

You will be able to monitor the internal temperature and visualize it in a chart.

WIDE AND COMFORTABLE WITHDRAWAL AREA

Easy wide dispensing area is set at a comfortable height of 90 cm from the ground, preventing the consumer to bend down. It’s a very respectful and inclusive vending machine: this high-service area is particularly useful to people with mobility issues and the elderly population.

Furthermore, the central window opens and closes automatically.

Our internal lift system gently delivers any kind of items in the withdrawal area under the window, avoiding capsize or fall during the delivery process.

A conveyor belt inside the lift softly moves the item keeping it upright.

Easy line is our customers’ favorite among Magex vending machines, thanks to the comfortable withdrawal area set at 90 cm from the ground.

SLIDING PANEL A sliding vandal-proof panel shuts the floor behind itself while the window opens to deliver the product.

A sliding panel can be also placed to hide a specific floor with products to be sold only with proof of age.

SHUTTLE DELIVERY SYSTEM Our internal shuttle gently delivers any kind of items in the drawer placed to the right of the window, thus leaving more room for your products.

A small conveyor belt inside the shuttle will move the item while keeping it in its original position.

A robotic arm moves the shuttle inside the window: the self-service shopping experience will be very entertaining!

Library Line

RENTING Library is a robotic warehouse suitable for product sales and aso for renting.

The tray dispensing system moves on three axes and works both ways: towards and from the withdrawal area. Items can be therefore picked and returned.

This feature is best-used for books, hardware tools, or personal protective equipment but can be applied to any kind of product that can fit the tray measures: 300x250mm.

The return system can be set with loyalty cards or qr code. If not set, the machine will work just like a regular automated shop.

An RFID reader embedded in our machines provides tag recognition as the operator loads the products.

Tag matching can be done remotely. When loading, our robotic arm will bring items to the proper positions automatically.

An intelligent control system identifies the product’s thickness to optimize the room inside the warehouse.

Glass windows can replace the standard doors if requested.

Product on trays may not be plainly visible, but display shelves can be added to showcase the products or gadgets.

Magex Microwave Column Vending machine with Microwaves: evolve your vending machine to a self-service restaurant with up to three ovens!

The optional Microwave Column is managed from the main vending console, that automatically set the appropriated cooking parameters for purchased products.

Alaska, our frozen vending machine, is the best choice for microwaving, but it is possible to match Microwave Column with any of the Magex vending machines.

Time-saving and parallel purchase: while the oven heats up the meal, a second customer can perform another purchase.

Satellite modules Easy and Vision lines will follow over time your future business growth with Satellite Modules

The Satellite Module is controlled by the main vending machine, called the Master. The Satellite module is a full Magex vending machine, without touchscreen control console.

An entire room can be turned into an automatic shop combining Master vending machines and their Satellite Modules.

Vision line can have up to four satellites and Easy line up to three.

Different temperatures can be set on each module with our optional cooling unit (i.e. a temperature for food and one for drinks.)

Boxmax The locker by Magex

Boxmax is the locker you can add to your Magex vending machine to expand its functionalities.

It is managed by the main machine.

Click & Collect

Boxmax is perfect for collecting previously purchased items. The user buys the product on your website and collect it using a code, which will open the proper door.

I.e., combined with our cooling unit, customers can pick up their dedicated birthday pastry cake at any convenient time. No more queuing on Sunday!

Rent Boxmax can also be configured for renting business.

The user will return the item previously collected in the using the provided code.

I.e. DIY tools, PPE kits in factories, books, anything!
