Mattia ha quedado con sus amigos a última hora de la tarde para tomar un aperitivo en Corte dell’Orso, un acogedor bar de barrio. Trabaja como dependiente en el supermercado Champion del casco histórico. Natural de Mestre, en la Venecia en tierra firme, ahora vive a caballo entre su ciudad natal y la isla. At the end of the afternoon, Mattia joins his friends for an aperitivo in Corte dell’Orso, a cosy neighbourhood bar. Mattia works as a sales assistant in the Champion’s store in the historical heart of Venice. He was born in mainland Mestre and now divides his times between there and Venice. Asked what makes Venice so special, he says that living on a car-free island means that every day you walk a lot. “But to see Venezia from a different angle, I recommend you go kayaking through the canals.
