листопада на велотреку СКА настав «час Х». Провідна танцювальна радіостанція Kiss FM грандіозним рейвом відзначила свій 10-ий ювілей в ефірі, надавши своїм слухачам можливість з особливим розмахом відзначити цю знаменну подію в історії вітчизняної денс-культури. У Львові партнером масштабного заходу виступила мережа магазинів чоловічого одягу «Cezare». Тисячі шанувальників електронної танцювальної музики об'єдналися під одним дахом, щоб привітати улюблене радіо з ювілеєм і злитися в єдиному потоці музичного божевілля. Попередні Дні народження Kiss FM святкувала виключно у Києві, вони відрізнялися сильним складом артистів, який включав такі імена, як ATB, Chicane, Above & Beyond, Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, Steve Angelo, Roger Sanchez, Lange і багато інших. Однак цього разу радіостанція відсвяткувала ювілейний день народження саме у Львові. Хедлайнером події став наступник самого Tiesto, один з кращих реміксерів планети, запальний DJ з Нідерландів – Richard Durand, для якого виступ у рамках святкування став першим у Львові.

ovember 16 on the SKA cycle track began the «time Х». The leading dance radio station Kiss FM celebrated its 10th anniversary on air with a huge rave, giving the listeners an opportunity to celebrate this memorable vevnt in the history of Ukrainian dance-culture with panache. The partner of this major event in Lviv was the chain of menswear stores «Cezare». Thousands of electronic dance music fans gathered under one roof to congratulate their favorite radio on its anniversary and merge into a single stream of musical madness. Kiss FM celebrated its previous birthdays in Kyiv only, their specialty was in a strong cast of artists, including names such as ATB, Chicane, Above & Beyond, Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, Steve Angelo, Roger Sanchez, Lange and many more. However this year the radio station celebrated its anniversary in Lviv. The headliner of the event was the successor of Tiesto himself, one of the world’s best remixers, the hot DJ from the Netherlands – Richard Durand, for whom performing on the celebration was his first time ever in Lviv.

Формуючи нову податкову політику

ержавна податкова служба України розпочала кампанію зі збору та узагальнення пропозицій від представників бізнесу щодо вдосконалення податкової системи. Ці заходи впроваджуються в рамках формування Програми лібералізації податкової політики на 2012-2013 роки, що розробляється за дорученням Президента України. Так, цією Програмою будуть запропоновані конкретні заходи щодо вирішення проблемних питань, які мають місце в процесі адміністрування податків та зборів. При цьому вона має враховувати регіональну специфіку, особливості оподаткування в певних галузях економіки, потреби малого та середнього бізнесу. Начальник ДПІ у Шевченківському районі м. Львова Ігор Кондро звертається до всіх платників податків з проханням взяти активну участь у формуванні нової податкової політики. Свої пропозиції та побажання платники податків можуть залишити в спеціальних скриньках, які встановлені в приміщеннях центрів обслуговування платників податків державних податкових інспекцій, а також, на єдиному веб-порталі ДПС України «Пропозиції до Програми лібералізації державної податкової політики» (www.sts.gov.ua).
Forming new tax policy

he State Tax Service of Ukraine launched the campaign to collect and generalize proposals from business representatives about improving the tax system. These measures are implemented as part of the Liberalization Program of tax policy for 2012-2013, developed on behalf of the President of Ukraine. Therefore, this Program will offer specific measures to address problematic issues that occur in the administration of taxes and fees. However, it must take into account regional specificities, features of taxation in certain sectors of the economy, the needs of small and medium businesses. Head of State Tax Inspectorate in Shevchenko district of Lviv Ihor Condrey appeals to all taxpayers with a request to take an active part in the formation of a new tax policy. The taxpayers can leave their suggestions and wishes in special boxes that are installed on the premises of the service centers of the state tax inspectorates for tax payers and on a single web portal of the State Tax Inspectorate of Ukraine "Proposals to the Liberalization Program of tax policy” (www.sts.gov.ua).
