Chef Rolando Laudico reinvents the fastfood concept into ‘fast good’ with dining and snack items made with fresh and natural ingredients at Chef Lau’s Pugon Roasters, located at the former site of BFAST. It serves firebrick oven-roasted traditional Filipino dishes such as roast chicken (P99!), pork liempo or belly (P149), angus roast beef (P169), baked bangus (milkfish) belly (P129) at friendly prices which can be enjoyed for take out or in the premises. Cool down with a halo halo sundae or many of the special cakes and pastries on display. Or have ice cold beer perfect with sisig for after work drinks, whatever time that means for the urban employee today, till closing time at 10PM.

Go ahead and say those four-letter words. Haze, Hyve and Urbn have been on the lips of clubbers and night owls. These are the bars and clubs they visit in droves every weekend. Within the last few months, these neighbors have breathed new life into the nightclub and entertainment landscape of Metro Manila, turning Bonifacio Global City into some sort of a nocturnal battleground. Club Haze is the newest venture by Bigfish International, the events company that has been organizing the biggest electronic dance music events in the country since 1999. On its opening night party recently, Club Haze hosted legendary British club DJ Paul Oakenfold.

Hyve Manila is a new upscale club and lounge that opened in March 2013. The club features live performances by international DJs and female model DJs, which has helped the club attract quite a huge following. DJs at Hyve play mostly EDM (Electronic Dance Music) which is popular among the young club goers worldwide. Hyve’s owners also operate the nearby popular roof deck lounge and bar called Skye Lounge.
