WORK EXPERIENCE

May 2013 - present

During the past 10 years, I worked in the Interior Design Department, designing hotels, o ces, restaurants, shops, installations, residences, furniture and participated in photographic sessions. The last 5 years, I have started doing renovations and managing project teams. This building renovations also incluided project facades, licensing and construction works.

COLLABORATOR@ A+A BOOKSTORE

January 2013 - September 2013

Collaboration with Livraria A+A on the "Lisbon Architectural Guide 1948-2013 / Guia de Arquitectura de Lisboa 1948-2013". This bilingual guide takes the reader on a journey back in time and space through Modernist Lisbon, the Lisbon of the Estado Novo and back to the 21st century. The buildings found in the book are presented with a pro le, a critical text, photographs and some drawings.

After the Master’s degree, my mentor and professor João Lúcio Lopes invited me to participate with his o ce in the “Internacional Competition - Campo das Cebolas / Doca da Marinha, Lisbon". The intervention area was an urban riverfront fabric that used to be a closed dock surrounded by degraded public spaces. The goal of the competition was to regenerate this urban fabric by creating humanized public spaces and return the river to the people of Lisbon.

During my third year I worked in the Ateliermob. My second year professor Tiago Mota Saraiva, Partner of Ateliermob, invited me to join the team after my second year last exam. Ateliermob is a multidisciplinary platform for the development of ideas, research and projects in the areas of architecture, landscape, design and urbanism.
