WE THINK GLOBALLY WE LIVE LOCALLY The situation that we have all been facing for more than six months has led many people to change their perception of life, its principles and its value system. Things that are apparently trivial, obvious, need to be given and attention today. The weakest and most vulnerable in the face of the global threat have become even more vulnerable. The world, temporarily halted by a pandemic, must move forward, life goes on. September in Poland has been a month of returning to school after the summer break for years. Our youngest children were forced to leave the schools, what, in the face of the epidemic, happened in April. The current situation is an excellent opportunity to take an even closer look at local needs, living globally. MAEM is in principle constantly involved in a variety of charitable activities. You will find a summary of these in the next, winter edition of M Magazine. In response to local needs and care for children returning to school, we have funded modern disinfectant dispensers. Dispensers, whose additional function is a remote examination of body temperature. Together with the Mayor of Zator Mr. Mariusz Makuch, we handed them over to the four largest schools in the municipality where our production plant is located. There is no greater treasure than children and caring for the youngest is a priority for ever y society. We are pleased that, as a company, we were once again able to help the local community. These activities are part of our Corporate Social Responsibility policy.
