Process Technologist GEA Process Engineering is at the forefront in dairy technology, and we are looking for new talents to develop our technologies and market position even further. For managing the processrelated development of GEA’s wet mixing technologies we are looking for a Chemical Engineer/ MSc. Dairy Technology - preferably with experience with wet mixing. You will be part of our team of Process technologists in Søborg, and work closely with GEA’s Wet Mix Technology Centre in Skanderborg and customers worldwide. Job Profile Key responsibilities will include: • Management of the process-related development of GEA’s wet mixing technology • Performance of process design tasks • Commissioning of wet-mixing units at customers’ sites • Servicing of customers, including trouble-shooting • Training of customers’ staff and colleagues The position will require approx. 80 travelling days a year. Personal Profile We expect that you have: • A degree in chemical engineering or dairy science (or similar) • Technical or operational experience from the food processing industry or experience with process optimization • Good understanding of the creation of emulsions • Demonstrated capability of working independently in a laboratory and with pilot plants • Process- and solution-oriented approach • English fluency, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of one of the Scandinavian languages will be a plus Applicants with documented experience with wet mixing technology will be preferred.
