BUILDINGBETTERHEALTHOUTCOMES FORWISCONSIN

TheSchoolofNursingiscommittedtobuildinga cultureofhealthequityinWisconsin.“Studentsare preparedtomeetexistingandemerginghealthcare needs,suchastheshortageofnurses,theagingpopulationand,ofparticularnote,thegrowinghealth inequitiesamongvariousgroups,”saidBratzke.

thesedisparitiesbyintentionallyrecruitingstudents fromruralandunderservedareas,recognizingthat manyarelikelytoreturntothesecommunitiesafter graduation.
