Jolly Jumper II (10 weeks)

Gym Toddler (10 weeks)

(Must be 4 by the first class) (Ages 4 yrs) This one-hour class provides a strong foundation of locomotor skills, balance, flexibility and strength with an emphasis on spatial awareness, agility and progressive gymnastics skill development. Our instructors keep your gymnast engaged, active and eager to learn, gaining self-confidence and an 'I can do it' attitude. M 1:15-2:15pm 200/299

(Crawling-2yrs) This 45-minute parent-child class offers toddlers an opportunity to further develop strength, flexibility and social skills through a variety of age-appropriate activities including group songs, equipment circuit, and parachute. Gym Dandy (10 weeks) (Must be 2 yrs by first class) (Ages 2-3yrs) This 45-minute parent-child class offers toddlers an opportunity to further develop strength, flexibility and social skills through a variety of age-appropriate activities including group songs, equipment circuit, and parachute. In this class, participants build on the basics that were introduced in Gym Toddler while adding more challenging and age appropriate play and gymnastics instruction. Preschool Tumble Tots (10 weeks) (Age 3yrs) Is your child ready to attend class without a parent/guardian but not toilet trained or ready for an hour class? This co-ed program is taught with flexible thematic lesson plans allowing for creative exploration, growth and development while building strength and selfconfidence. Preschool Boys and Girls (10 weeks) (Children must be toilet trained.) (Age 3yrs) No experience needed. The Preschool Gymnastics program is designed to allow every child to develop gross motor skills while channeling abundant energy and introducing him or her to the wonderful sport of gymnastics. We provide a safe and fun environment where they learn basic gymnastics skills, taking turns, following directions and listening. Preschool Time 2 Tumble (10 weeks) (Age 2yrs) This boys and girls 30-minute dynamic class was developed for independent toddlers to enhance their gross motor skills, muscle tone, balance, coordination, and selfconfidence through important skills such as climbing, jumping, kicking, throwing, and catching. (Age 5 yrs) In this class, the concepts of balance, coordination, strength and flexibility are emphasized in a positive environment. School Age Girls Rollers (10 weeks) (Ages 5-9yrs) One-hour beginner level; no prior experience needed. This level provides the foundation of basic gymnastics knowledge for your child. This class includes basic instruction on vault, bars, beam and floor exercise as well as skills. Gymnasts learn new skills, build selfconfidence, strength and flexibility. Th 4:45-5:45pm 179/268
