Jose Pablo Ureña Rodriguez (Costa Rica, 1987) graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Costa Rica (UCR). He has exhibited individually at the Galeria Alternativa, “The Simultaneous in Still Life” (2012); Alliance Française, “From the Raw to the Cooked. Studies in Photography and Painting”(2011); and at the Museo Islita (2012). He has also participated in international group exhibitions in the U.S., Italy and Brazil. Among others, he has received the newspaper La Nacion’s Ancora Two-Dimensional Visual Arts Award (2013). Adrian Flores Sancho (Costa Rica, 1986) studied Philosophy and Fine Arts at UCR. He has exhibited individually at the Spanish Cultural Centre, “The Other Themselves” (2011); and the Alliance Française, “Don’t Be Fooled” (2012). He has participated in biennials such as the Biennial of Humour and Satire, Bulgaria (2013); and the International Graphic Arts Biennial, Egypt (2013); as well as exhibiting his work in Argentina (2011) and Panama (2013). Rachelle Mozman Rachelle Mozman divides her time between Brooklyn and Panama City. She has had solo shows at Equivalente in Arteconsult (Panama, 2010), the Biarritz Festival (France, 2009), and the Sol del Rio Contemporary Art Gallery (Guatemala, 2009). Her group exhibitions include “The (S) Files” at El Museo del Barrio (NY, 2011); “Family Value” (Michael Mazzeo Gallery, NY, 2011); “Laberinto de Miradas (Labyrinth of the Gaze)” (Madrid, 2011); “31 Women in Art Photography”; VII Biennial of Central America; “True Stories. True Success” (Berlin) and “Portrait and Place”. Her photos have been published in Numero Cero (2008), and the same year she was the main artist featured in Artmedia magazine. She has also participated in residencies at Smack Mellon (New York, 2011); Light Work (2009); La Napoule Foundation (France, 2008); and the Bag Factory (South Africa). Felipe Mujica Felipe Mujica (Santiago, Chile, 1974) studied art at the Catholic University of Chile between 1992 and 1996. In 1997 he co-founded Galeria Chilena (with José Luis Villablanca and Diego Fernández), a project that began

as a nomadic and commercial gallery and which turned into a collaborative project, a curatorial “experiment”. In 2000 Felipe Mujica settled in New York where he currently lives and works, constantly exhibiting in Europe, Latin America and the United States. He is represented by Die Ecke Contemporary Art in Santiago, Chile and by Galerie Christinger De Mayo in Zürich. Sofía Novella Sofía Novella (Guatemala, 1980) studied Fine Arts in Paris and New York. Her work is carried out in a variety of media including video, painting, animation, sculpture and floristry. She recently participated in the following exhibitions: “Cinco Días (Puertas Abiertas) (Five Days (Open House)”, Spanish Cultural Centre, Guatemala, 2013; “Sculpture Garden”, The New Museum of Contemporary Art of Guatemala, 2012; and “Mayami Son Machin”, Gallery Diet, Miami 2011, among others. Currently lives and works in Guatemala City. Giovanni Battista Piranesi Giovanni Battista Piranesi (Mogliano Veneto, 1720 - Rome, 1778) was an architect, researcher and Italian engraver. He produced over 2000 prints of real and imaginary buildings, statues and reliefs of the Roman era as well as original designs for fireplaces and furniture. His enthusiastic reproductions and interpretations of ancient Roman monuments represented a major contribution to the formation and development of neoclassicism. These engravings included reliable and accurate images of the existing ruins, as well as imaginary views of ancient buildings in which the altered scale and juxtaposition of elements contribute to enhancing their grandiose character. Chemi Rosado-Seijo Chemi Rosado-Seijo (Vega Alta, Puerto Rico, 1973) is an artist whose practice fuses social commentary, commitment and collaboration. His work counters architecture and the urban landscape, work and social action, and art and its history in non-traditional media including skateboarding.
