Modular move is a five-level general English course for adults and young adults. move is a complete course covering five levels: Elementary, Pre-intermediate, Intermediate, Upper-intermediate and Advanced. Key features • Each level of the coursebook provides a total of 45 hours of class work, organised into three self-contained modules. Each module deals with a set of related topics under a general thematic heading. For example, the Worldwide module in the Elementary level coursebook includes the units Home and away (describing places), Other lives (living abroad), It’s a small world (communication), and This month (world events). • Thorough review units at the end of each module consolidate the target language and vocabulary by reviewing it in new contexts. • Extra practice pages which are incorporated in the coursebook provide further support and opportunities to recycle language previously studied, without the need for an additional workbook.

The move CD-ROM Every coursebook comes packaged with a multimedia CD-ROM, which adds an extra dimension to an already versatile course. The CD-ROM contains: • Extra grammar and vocabulary practice for each unit. • Activities linked to the Common European Framework. • Entertaining and useful interactive language games. • A markbook that provides an invaluable record of students’ work and progress. It can be easily backed-up and printed out. Students can also create personalised wordlists and bookmark their favourite activities.

move has been designed with the Common European Framework in mind. • Each unit states clear learning aims in ‘Can do’ statements. • Learners can check their own improvement and progress with self-assesment checklists. • The Teacher’s Book maps the activities found in the Coursebooks to the Common European Framework. • The self-access CD-ROM also contains CEF-linked activities.
