18135 Burke Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska

West Dodge Hills is a four level corporate office building shell project with the design of the interior common areas included. The finishes were selected to emphasize high contrast, texture and sharp angles. A dark accent tile stripe draws the eye to the main focal point, the elevator walls. Bright white three-dimensional wall tile with sharp angled lines frame the elevator doors along side a contrasting dark natural stone look tile. Recessed wood ceiling planks add a warm touch to the lobby of this space. The restrooms feature monochromatic white floor to ceiling wall tile with high contrasting black partitions to give the space a high end modern look.

Red Mountain Residence.

Nighthawk Drive, Aspen, Colorado

This project is a high-end residential remodel and addition of a 1977 mountain home. The main goal of this project was to modernize and maximize the square footage while making the home ADA accessible. The original entrance was moved to the front of the residence and the garages were moved in an addition below the existing driveway. The existing retaining wall to the east of the house became the exterior wall of the new garage with a green roof above. The new design features a completely redesigned facade, raised roof over the primary suite, new elevator, a separate caretaker dwelling unit, outdoor kitchen and a new retaining wall on the northwest side.

This tenant renovation project included adding offices and open office space to an existing building while bringing new life to the space with modern finishes. This palette features high contrast colors with warm wood tone accents. The existing space displayed outdated wood paneling throughout the office. In order to utilize this detail into the new design, the panels were painted dark grey to serve as accent walls. The bold herringbone patterned carpet tiles add interest and contrast to the office areas while large format tiles give the lobby an upscale feel.

Floor Plan Existing Conditions

Modern Basement Remodel.

28 Mustang Trail, Kearney, Nebraska

The goal of this project was to transform a traditionally styled basement into a modern multi-functioning space with purpose. In order to achieve this, the large open room was divided into three different zones: a living area, bar area and bonus room. The design highlights a three-dimensional wave textural focal wall that mimics the shape of the custom curved bar island.

New Image Dentistry desired to add a new location to their expanding business. With this new location, the staff wanted to modernize the building’s interior finishes that they had used on previous projects. In order to achieve this, a new color palette of warm greys was established to give the space a relaxing aesthetic along with accents of their signature green color.
