Less Than Minimum Charge (LTM Charge)

All imprinted orders require minimum quantities as listed throughout the catalogue. Less than minimum orders will be charged for full minimum quantity per imprint item ordered.

Artwork Requirements Supported file formats: Vector art such as Corel Draw and Illustrator provides superior reproduction quality and allows images to be resized without loss of sharpness or detail. Therefore for most decorating methods we accept vector files. All Other Methods: We require the following file types for all artwork: EPS, PS, PDF, AI, and CDR. All fonts must be converted to outline or vector form. If not possible, all fonts must be included with art (True Type fonts). Transfer and doming: Decoration techniques can also accept pixel art for 4-color process imprints (CMYK). Pixel art must be at least 300 dpi resolution or higher and the art to size. Acceptable pixel art file formats are as follows: TIFF, JPG, PDF, PNG, and BMP.

Requests for Artwork on File: Artwork is kept on file for up to one year. Re-orders must contain the customer number, SO number plus a copy of the artwork to ensure the correct artwork is pulled for the re-order. Artwork Pre-qualification: To prequalify artwork, or for artwork questions on new orders or any other inquiries, please contact us.

Unsupported art file formats: QuarkXpress, PageMaker, InDesign and Freehand. Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Excel, etc.) are not graphics programs and will not be recognized through art acceptance process.

Logo Placement and Sizing Information: Unless a specific size is indicated on your purchase order, we will determine the most appropriate size for your imprint. If no imprint area is indicated, we reserve the right to decorate in the area most suitable for the artwork and method specified.

Half-tones: Due to textured surfaces, we cannot accept half-tones on stress relievers and portfolios. Halftones are not available on laser engraving, debossing, hot stamping and embroidery.

Personalization: • Engraving personalizations are limited to a maximum of 30 characters (including spaces). Minimum font size is 6 pt (1mm). For personalizations greater than 30 characters please contact us. • Available fonts: Helvetica, Times Roman, Arial. • Personalization file format: Word or TXT files.

CMYK: 4-Colour process imprints are available on transfer and doming, also partly on pad print and silkscreen (white products only). Pixel art must be at least 300 dpi resolution or higher and the art to size. PMS colours are not available in 4-colour process imprints. Art charges: Recreation of traced arts and redrawing of pixel art above 30 min of artist work will be additionally charged per additional 30 minutes.

Unacceptable Formats: The following formats will not be recognized through our acceptance process: faxes, photocopies, photographs, slides, transparencies, negative stats or films that need to be reversed to positive, letterhead, business cards, actual product or any other art that needs to be touched up, colour separated or made one colour.

Terms

Catalogue Photography Photos may not show true item colours (especially neon, pearlescent, transparent and translucent) due to printing processes. Wood and textile colours may also vary due to dye lots.

Our decoration options Padprint The most commonly used decoration technique, padprinting enables multi-colour printing onto all kinds of shapes and surface textures, making it easy to decorate everything from pens to golf balls. Fast and economical, Pad Printing is a great all-round cost-effective solution.

Transfer Transferring is done by first creating a screen print image on paper and then using heat and glue to transfer it onto the chosen article. This technique can be applied in multiple colours onto all kinds of woven and knitted products and is a good economical solution for multicolour printing of smaller quantities.

Screenprint Screenprinting gives high quality, long-lasting results for single and multi-colour decoration of flat surfaces. Inks are pressed through mesh stencils to produce clear, sharp images which are ideal for logos and text. A good cost-effective solution for larger quantities.

Engraving Engraving is achieved through using a laser beam to precisely etch decoration into a surface. This technique produces superb results for metal, glass and wood. An undoubted winner for creating a high-class impression.

Screenround Screenround offers all the benefits of screen printing, but can be used on curved surfaces, thereby producing sharp, highquality images on 3-dimentional objects.

Standard Imprint / Ink Colours PMS match PMS matching cannot be guaranteed on dark or silver coloured items. PMS matching not available on 4-colour process artwork.
