Check to see if there is further information to accompany the work, and also make the customer aware of the artist's and The Incubator's social media channels.
Please wrap with care, and make sure the customer is happy with hanging it when they get it home. Encourage the customer to leave their details for the artist's records and The People's Gallery database.
