At Thomas Studio Photography, we don’t just take photos, we create custom art designed to take your breath away. Our goal is not to simply capture a likeness—but to craft a memory into a lasting portrait that you can touch again and again.

We are classically trained and skilled with our equipment, but also bursting with that creative touch that helps us highlight your photo shoot or your event in just the right way. There are many tricks to our trade—and we know them all.

These days, everyone takes pictures. And these pictures are everywhere— as long as you're looking at a screen.

At Thomas Studio Photography, we capture your family in keepsake images, turning the intangible visible... Grandma’s dimple echoed in your son’s smile, the baby’s cowlick, the way your toddler half hides behind your right leg.

Why Thomas Studio Photography?

We’re a family, too. Thomas and his wife, Cindy, have been creating memories you can touch since 1995. We ask questions and listen to who you are and what you want, so you can relax and shine during your photo shoot. Cindy has a natural talent for helping you select the clothing, accessories, and settings that bring out your best. Thomas’ artistic vision, technical expertise, and love of people turns the images from your session into cherished memories. This unbeatable combination won us first runner-up as Best Portrait Photographer in Denver in the 2017 Denver A-List.

How does this work?

Once you’ve chosen to work with us, we’ll agree on the length and location of your photo session. We’re happy to host you in our studio or join you at your home or your favorite family spot within 25 miles of our studio.* When we’ve determined a date and time, your signature on a simple agreement and a 50% deposit secures your session, with the balance is due at your session.

Within seven days of your session, we’ll schedule The Reveal—a one hour presentation of the photographs taken at your session. You’ll view 30-50 finished photos and choose the photographs that will become your family heirlooms.

You can expect to have your ready-to display photographs within about two weeks of your Reveal, although some formats may require more production time. We'll be able to provide a time frame when you place your order. For every print image you choose, we will provide a complimentary digital copy of that image for your use. *We can accommodate locations further afield. Simply call us to discuss arrangements and fees.

What does this cost?

We offer a variety of purchasing options. During The Reveal, you pick only the images you love best and the sizes and styles that fulfill your vision. Whether you like acrylic or metal, leather or canvas, matted prints or traditional prints, we have it all—plus a few surprises you might not have thought of!

Tips for getting the look you want 1

Want a dreamy look? Choose soft colors such as pink, light blue, lavender, and yellow.

Are you all about the flair? Wear bold colors such as black, purple, orange or dark blue.

Should we have matching outfits? While matching can be a hoot, it may also feel over-thetop. Having everyone wear colors within the same palette will lend a unity to your portraits images, while each person choosing their favorite shows off individuality.

Make the most of childhood. Fun outfits—think tutus and baseball jerseys—show the joy of being a kid and the personality your child is already developing.

We live and shoot in Parker, Colorado—an area filled with natural beauty and wonderful, vibrant people. It’s a perfect fit for our focus and direction.
