April was an incredibly busy and productive month at The Landings Resort and Spa, with our occupancy averaging an impressive 81.42% across the month. This strong performance is a clear reflection of the hard work and dedication each of you brings to your role every day.

As we continue moving forward with purpose, we are seeing exciting progress across the resort from guest satisfaction to new commercial strategies and transformational property upgrades. These developments are not just about enhancing the guest experience; they are about building something meaningful for all of us: more opportunities, more recognition, and a stronger, brighter future.

We are on a mission to reposition The Landings as the premier luxury 5-star destination in the region and at the heart of that transformation is you, our valued team members. As we continue to grow and evolve, our goal is to create a world-class luxury experience for guests and a thriving, supportive work environment for our team. Commercial

We are proud to introduce Rebecca Platt, our new Commercial Director.

With extensive experience in luxury resort marketing and positioning, Rebecca is working closely with Oceanid, our commercial services partner.

Their focus includes:

Maximizing Sales and Marketing while increasing occupancy levels

Expanding our visibility in the luxury travel space

Boosting our presence in key markets: USA, Canada and the Caribbean

This effort is to drive increased interest from high-spending travellers, which means more consistent business and greater earning potential for our team.

Strategic Investments

Our Board of Directors is in the process of approving significant capital injection into the property to bring our amenities in line with proper 5-star luxury standards. Projects include:

Beach Club Restaurant Redesign

New Water Sports Hut

Callaloo Washroom Renovation

SURU Bar Redesign (returning to a more practical, original concept)

Elevator Upgrades

Roof Leak Repairs

Air Conditioning Replacements

Spa Enhancements

Soft Upgrade to the Main Lobby

These improvements aim to attract higher-end clientele, make us more competitive and generate year-round business, helping secure jobs and maximize service charge potential.
