A metaphorical calmness amid a rapid workplace and ever-changing industry.
The spatial users will experience a balanced and harmonious dynamic between fast and slow - productivity and rest. This design explores playfulness and comfort in the workplace whilst venturing into the performative theatrics of architecture and narration.
Furthermore, individuals are stimulated in a rhythmic interiorscape that unleashes the true human potential whilst truly embracing technology. This will disrupt the conventional workplace and schedule to invoke individuals with curiosity and excitement as they journe the spatial narrative.

Water is of abundance in the natural world, from the minuscule raindrop to the colossal oceans. Water has a symbolic connection to transformation and etherealism.
The interplay of sunlight and the ripples of water glisten into a spectrum of colours that imbue a magical energy. Reflectivity further showcases this pearlescence.
Although, the seascape is one of rhythmic duality - a vibrant day, and the mystical night. The atmosphere transitions from an energetic scene to intimacy and drama.

Coffee Cart Competition | W Hotels, Sydney
Rhinoceros, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop
Although a country known for its wilderness and ferocity, there is no doubt that Australia is a beautiful and magnificent land. It is the ever-changing intricacies of our country and culture that is explored in this project proposal for the W Hotel Sydney Coffee Cart. Further, the bold brand ethos of W Hotels has inspired the witty dreamlike atmosphere of the ‘Sunburnt Café’.
Australia is a country blessed with an abundance of sunlight. The cyclical rise and fall of the sun emit a spectrum of fiery hues that paints the entire landscape and is mirrored by our rich bodies of water. The coffee carts proposed design reflect the shape and colours of the sun and ocean, specifically during the golden hour - a magical and transformative hour of the day
The land down under is bursting with colours, culture, and natural beauty.
The ‘Sunburnt Café’ radiates the passion and excitement of having fun in the sun.

Imaginative
Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, Cinema4D, Adobe Photoshop
This architectural enclosure responds to the imaginative interior theme, in correlation with the COVID-19 brief as we continue to live under the fear of this pandemic. The months that we have spent indoors have felt like a purgatory, where waiting and uncertainty now characterise our domestic spaces. This concept will explore mystical experiences with escapist visionary architecture.
This transformational journey will showcase the magic of the cosmos - especially the symbolism and ethereal beauty of the moon and the ocean.
It is the journey of mundane familiarity and curiosity, to provocative obscurity and finally, the beauty of serenity of out tragedy, that manifests the cyclical nature of life. It is the notion of restoration that follows destruction that should inspire us as we tackled the pandemic apart physically, but together as a society.
