My Parents

My
Family
Meet my mom, Vicki, and my dad, Aaron!
My parents are 2 people that will always have my back, no matter what. They have always been there to support and encourage me to chase my dreams, even when they seem a little crazy.

My Cousin

Meet Levi! We were born 4 years apart, meaning we drove each other absolutely insane when we were little. Now that we are older though, we get along really well and are super close. We even have 6 matching

Meet Justine! While not technically part of my immediate family, she is still one of the most important people in my life. We are only a little over a year apart in age, so we basically grew up together.

My Best Friend

Meet Lexie, my best friend! I met this incredible person during my first summer at the Blue Stars. We have continued to march winter seasons together and hang out as often as we can. From the moment we met to now, I couldn’t ask for a better person to have at my side.

Meet Goose! I adopted her from Ohio Alleycat Rescue in August of 2023, when she was just 4 months old! She is very cuddly, a little stupid, and shy to people she doesn’t know. But, she is the best decision I have made in a long time and I am very grateful to have her.

Legends
Drum Corps
I marched with Legends Drum & Bugle Corps for the 2017 and 2018 summers. I auditioned on a whim after getting kicked out (yes, you read that right) of my high school marching band. I had just turned 15 years old and was the youngest person in

I spent the last of my summers marching with the Blue Stars. It was my dream to march with a different drum corps, but absolutely fell in love with the Blue Stars during my first summer there. This was another corps that I auditioned for on a whim. It was for the 2021 season and there were only 3 spots left in the colorguard, but I made it and never looked back.

My Ageout
The 2023 season was my ageout. Once you turn 21, you officially become too old to march drum corps. It is a very physically demanding activity, meaning an age restriction is needed to keep all of the performers physically capable or marching. This was an experience that I am eternally grateful for, and will never forget.

Phoenix Independent

Not having a high school organization to march with ended up being an incredible blessing. My first winterguard season was spent with Phoenix Independent Open, an Ohio based organization. My wonderful mother drove me to and from Ohio every weekend so that I could have this opportunity. All of the people in this organization truly made me feel welcomed and appreciated, even while I was so much younger than they were.
Winter Guard

Juxtaposition 2022
After high school and COVID, I decided to start marching winter guard again. Lexie and I made the decision together that we wanted to march with Juxtaposition for the 2022 season. Juxta is a world class group with a very family oriented approach. We were incredibly fortunate to make it through to WGI finals, and the experience was unforgettable.

Juxtaposition 2023

We chose to march again for the 2023 season and both Lexie and I were on leadership. We made history that season by making World Class finals 2 seasons in a row. Juxtaposition had never done that before and it was very exciting. This organization means the world to me and gave me a home away from home both seasons I was there.

Veritas
High School

Winter season of my junior year of high school, rather than marching with a color guard I decided to march for a percussion group. I was part of the Visual Line in Vertias for their very first season. It was truly a blast getting this experience, as well as getting to march with my brother who was a percussionist.

I took tumbling classes for the majority of my life and cheered during my 7th grade year. I decided that I was going to take a break from cheering to do color guard. However, I chose to cheer for my senior year of high school. I only cheered sideline during football and basketball games, but it was still a fun thing I decided to do.

Cheer

Dance

I have been in and out of dance studios for most of my life, but also dancing through color guard. During my senior year of high school I took a break from winter seasons to do competition dance. I competed two solos, two duets, and 3 small group pieces.

Grace & Patia

Meet Grace and Patia! I met these two through a Ball State Facebook page while looking for a place to live during sophomore year. Grace is an exercise and physical education major and Patia was a political science major. Living with these two was genuinely a wild ride.
College Roomies

Tattoo Tour

I have 15 tattoos with more to come!

The right side of my body has the tattoos that have more meaning, while the left side of my body houses tattoos that are silly. I like to say that I have a “silly side” to me.

I am so excited for life outside of college. I will be graduating in May and moving to Ohio to live with Lexie! I am currently applying for jobs in the design field and plan to teach high school colorguard
