A short film “Wine in seduction” can be included in the show. It will count thirty scenes of the film that will decline throughout actors and actresses entered in the collective imaginary, in the wine eulogy as seductive acts and will be similar to the moments of kisses cuted by the film operator of “Cinema Paradise” The short film can be presented in different cinematographic festivals in the short section. SHORT FILM The lips and the wine The short film will be displayed without interruption for the whole duration of the exhibition “the lips and the wine”. The short film (artisitc intuition and for that precious for its uniqueness) may represent the city hall in all the manifestations where will be present. It will be possible to download and watch the short film from a link that u can find on the city hall’s web site. There is no doubt that the beauty of the images will make the short movie universal wherever. One of the greatest fashinating instruments of the xx century is for sure the cinema. In particular the classic hollywood style of 1930/1940. The birth of divism needs to be taken in this contest: A large contest that trascends the display on the screen to involve a complex industrial and cultural system. Project Description It is supposed a short film of the duration of 10’/15’ Transfering all was said before in a short film: a track, hour, could be the outside synchrony between image and sound. Phrases, words, noise, echos that could be of different kinds and in different times and others, gests, items, bodies, spaces that follow one another with different rythms, but still with the goal of comunicating the same significants. This is the base hypothesy of a montage interlinked by surprizely opened esits, superimpositions, contrasts and prospectives, new hypothesys or simply, new types of comon feelings. Comunication Plan Comunication, promotion and advertisment Absolutely strategic is to be considered an adeguated comunication activityto put the emphasis on the global image of the initiative and to its promoters in a national and local level. The preferred objective will be to give the right resonance to the whole initiative and its promoter on media. The comunication project and the press office activity that will be prearranged, are going to be proposed as functional struments for a continued and widespread event promotion. Press office An activity developed from the office to hoc that takes care of the start up and the relation with media which they actually need to find and plan in colaboration with refered partners and guide lines of comunication to garantee the best event defusion. Promotional material Once the graphic design is studied, the charged art director will realize the executives of all materials and with a particular care of the coordinated event image. So there will be realized and produced the following promotional struments: -Volume/ exhibition catalog Colophon volume and exhibition Invitations Envelopes Paper Press folders Pliable/ posters Complimentary coupon Manifests of different formats Cards and bookmarks of different formats Advertisment A valued comuncation may be quantifiable in a precise way, specially the classic advertising aspects. At the end wil be chosen the medis that will assure the right resonance to the initiative in a national and local level. Posting It is neccassary to suppose a congruous number of posting turns, at least three in fifteen days – 140x200 of manifests in the city and 35x70 posters to put in shops, cinemas and theatres. Public transportation I will for sure bring back a campaign on public transport. The valued hypothesis provides the mixed citer that covers all of public transport. Popular radio campaign It is useful to suppose a 30 days radio spot campaign that during the journalistic information appointments may alternate advertisment information moments on the show.
